Philip the technician was knowledgeable, personal and efficient. He answered all my questions, set a security lock, helped with changing the code, and did maintenance on the garage door. He was reliable. I would definitely call Precision again. They came out the same day and repaired everything.

My garage door was hit by a car and the bottom section broken off. Precision dispatched a repair technician during the weekend quickly. The technician, Paul Brinkman, is very knowledgeable and explained all the options to fix the door in detail, and did the great job to reattach the broken off piece back, and changed all the wearing off parts too. Very good experience and highly recommended.

He and I discussed the type of door and opener/closer I had so he could get a mind's eye picture of what he was going to be working on. Nathanial went right to work as soon as he arrived. Paul Brinkman did an excellent job balancing our garage door after we added decorative panels on it, making it heavier. He carefully measured the door, its rails and other key components, gave me a detailed plan + estimate, and then delivered on that plan to the letter. The door now moves smoothly and quietly. The project involved hard-to-reach places, because of installed cabinets, but Paul was able to overcome and work around all the obstacles. He approaches the challenge like a true engineer - and it shows in his work.

We are trying to get estimates to replace our spring, hardware & door opener. Out of 4 companies I reached out to Precision Garage Doors is the only one to charge for this service. They want to charge a fee, about $69 to give an estimate! They said if we go with them there won’t be a fee. All Pro garage door, Haney garage door & Go pro garage door all give FREE estimates but not Precision garage doors! Needless to say I have cancelled our estimate appointment for tomorrow.

The service technician Phillip helped me access the problems with my garage. He reassured me that my plan of replacing the whole garage was better than fixing small problems when they happen. Phillip also informed me of the great prices Precision Garage Door had for a door install. I rarely leave reviews but on this occasion I was compelled to share the positive experience I had with a Precision Garage door technician by the name of Caleb Winchester. Caleb performed a text book service call that started with a 10am text, a same day 12:35 arrival. Once the problem was discovered Caleb offered us several repair options. Caleb provided a written quote for my review prior to starting the work and proceeded to complete the repair in 1 hour. The professionalism , knowledge and positive demeanor of Caleb Winchester is a great credit to the Precision Garage door company. Your team is lucky to have him.
