Phillip was great. He arrived on time, was quick to propose various options to get our garage door repaired, and was even happy to explain what he was doing as he repaired the door. He showed me each part he removed and demonstrated how he could tell that it was old and failed. In a little over an hour our garage door was fixed and quieter than we knew was possible.

I had used Precision Garage Door previously for a repair & got great service then. Nothing has changed...great service again today! I can't believe how quick it all is. I called about 2pm to ask about getting a new keypad installed & by a little after 5pm the same day it was installed & paid for. Quick, easy, & reliable with great service! The technician, Nathaniel, called as promised to advise he was 20 minutes away. This is nice to allow me, the customer, the be ready when he arrives. He was friendly and understood the situation. He listened to my concerns and took ownership of the situation. After a few minutes I was presented with two options for repair. I made my decision and he promptly started the repairs. Within 60-90 minutes, he was done. We tested the doors functionality. He showed me what he did and reiterated the warranty on the work and parts. Nathaniel Was a pleasure to work with and for any future projects, I’d like him as my service technician.
