I started with wanting to find out if this company could replace a broken garage window panel. Soukie explained that these older wooden garage door windows are not easily repairable. I then asked him to check my garage door overall. It’s over 22 years old & needed replacement of the springs, flange ball bearings, drums & rollers. He explained what o can reasonably expect in terms of the lifespan of my current door. We agreed on one of the suggested work orders. He was diligent and was able to complete the work on a few hours.
