Phillip was our tech. He was here on the last call. He's very cheerful, friendly greeting, called me by my first name. Phillip adjusted the garage door opening exactly like I hoped to accommodate a larger car rear door opening. I told him the new car had not yet been paired to the garage door opener. He offered to do that, stating the cost. It was surprising to me his method was not shown on any of the YouTube Lexus pairing videos I looked at. Next time I need work done on the garage door I will surely request Philip be the tech assigned to my appointment. He's a real gem for your company to have.

The only negative I have is that I believe the cost of the repair seemed high given the replacement parts which included a bracket, springs, and other misc parts were not that costly.
