Salvador, came out to my house to work on the door. He arrived at the promised time He diagnosed that the problem was likely that the door was opening to far for the type of door. This caused one of the spools to unwind. He, had to realign the door, respool one of the cables and re-adjusted the springs. He double checked and tested everything, he made sure the door was aligned and working properly. The nice thing was he assured me that he would not leave until the door was working. Salvatore, did was very professional and did excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

They put in my door 11 months ago. The technician was very professional, courteous, and a good salesman. When I mentioned I was unhappy with the door as it broke in 11 month's, he convinced me to upgrade rollers and cable disks for $653 +. I consider this a high price, considering what I paid for the original door. Apparently there is an upgrade kit that includes rollers, cable disks and springs for around $500.00, but that is only available for new customers. If I have a problem with the door in the near future ( that is not my fault), I will be using a different company.

Our garage door was getting stuck at a fixed location while opening. I contacted Precision Door service and was told that a tech would come between 12-4 pm. The tech, Paul Brinkman, came after 5:30 pm. He told that the two springs and 3 bearings need to be replaced and would cost $1031.66. This would normally have cost much less than even half of this amount. However, since I had already waited long enough, I just wanted to be over with the repair... I chose Precision because I had seen their ad on TV. Their website said they we open 24 hours and I needed my garage door fixed immediately. The appointment was set for the next morning; Raul called to tell me he was on his way, he arrived early, was friendly, professional and got right to work. Pricing was a little high, but he did replace a lot of things. He was done in about 3 hours and I now have a new and quiet garage door opener. All in all I was very happy with my experience with Precision.

I selected Precision Garage Door because on Saturday my garage door had a spring that had sprung, and I could not get my garage door open. I was on my way to do some shopping. I looked in the Yellow Pages under garage door repairs and your Ad was the first one I saw. It also mentioned that you did service in Sunnyvale and that is why I called. The service which was done by Joel was very professional. He answered all the questions we asked and also explained what he was doing and had done. When he gave us the quote, he explained what needed to be done and what item may pop up in the future. Also, we appreciated the fact that we could chose from two different quotes. Work was done efficiently and garage floor was left clean which I appreciated and that Joel was able to come out on a Saturday morning. We will recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

We needed a door and motor replacement. As advertised your staff was awesome and efficient. Our installer, Moises, did an fantastic job. He called ahead, arrived before the scheduled time and reviewed the system with us including all the options for use 4th our phones. He swept up all the debris, ours and his and took it with him. One star--called ahead and arrived within time framework Garage door was opening and closing without any problem. I intended to purchase a new Lift Master, as the one I have cannot read new technology allowing me to program it for my new Lexus. I called and was expecting to pay $614 plus tax and labor to install. The worker would not install the Lift Master without new springs and bearings---cost $1,576.77.

Called for an appointment on Monday, and Joel Flores was here Tuesday morning. He replaced the Auto-lock which was under warranty, so only labor and service charges. He explained everything, replaced the lock, lubed everything, and was in and out in a nice short time frame. He was great, and now the lock is working again, couldn't be happier.
