I was very impressed with your timely service. The technician assessed my door and told me I needed to upgrade all the hardware. He quoted over $400. I told him my friend who was a garage door repairman had diagnosed a loose cable. That’s all I wanted repaired at this time. He took 10 minutes to tighten the cable and sprayed some WD40. He charged me $235 for a 10 minute task. I feel the charge was most unreasonable. Don’t think I would make Precision Door my first call next time.

We were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but really can’t complain as that assembly is original to the house. So that’s 26-27 years.
