Precision’s service person, David, did a very thorough job repairing our garage door tensioner spring assembly. We were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but really can’t complain as that assembly is original to the house. So that’s 26-27 years. It David was very courteous, and clearly explained what was needed. I highly recommend David and Precision Garage Door

Paul helped us out in a pinch - arriving quickly despite it being late on a Friday night. Paul was courteous, helpful, and pointed out several issues with our door that we had not noticed before. It's rare these days to find a company with this level of service excellence. I called at 8:30am, at 4:30 as promised Phillip turned up, quoted there and then, replaced the motor and all the accessory parts in 2 hours. Then he showed me everything I needed before he left - he was outstanding.

What can I say. They where on time, friendly, knew what they where doing. I felt for all the work they had to do the price was was good. Before work was started I was given three quotes. Our tech Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame quoted, he was very professional and informative about what we needed. We had several issues with our garage door that were sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t… Sterling came out and was able to actually determine 3-4 serious issues with our door. We are so very happy to say that we now have a garage door that should no work for the next 20+ years. We honestly could not be happier with the response, the testing and the resolution and repair of our garage door!!!

This is the second time we have had Precision install a garage door opener for us and both times we have been extremely happy. The first was to replace an old unit and the second time was to install one on a new workshop roll up door. Both times they arrived on time, were courteous, explained everything fully and completed the job in the time frame they promised. The staff both on the phone and in person were excellent.

I reschedule twice to have two garage doors replaced due to a delayed kitchen remodel project. This company was very professional handling the complexity. Moses then came and installed my new insulated doors in about 5 hours. The site was clean; the old debris removed; the installation professional; the hardware top shelf; the pricing great. The technician called to tell me he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. He arrived within his estimate. He was polite and professional as he asked about the problems, and had me open and close the garage door so he could observe. Based on what I had told him, even before he observed the door working, he had zeroed in on the problem. I asked if the door should be oiled, and he said it was probably a good idea. He performed that task efficiently and tested the door. He didn't try to push additional services, and gave a realistic assessment of what I will probably need in the future based on the age of the opener, etc. I will certainly call Precision Garage Door whenever my door needs further work.

We just had our old garage door opener down on us and needed to get it replaced quickly. I did research on line looking at comments and reviews and took a chance on Precision. So glad we did. Mario was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. As older customers we really appreciate how carefully and clearly he explained everything. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

Professionalism and prompt service from the initial call to the technician (Paulino M) completing the work was exceptional. Was impressed with the individual who answered the call (believe it was Melissa). She was very thorough and clear with her communications. She was professional in scheduling the service and ensuring all the details were correct. Excellent customer support, you are fortunate to have her on your team! Paulino M arrived ahead of schedule (same day of the initial call) and called when he was 20 minutes from arriving. Upon arrival Paulino was quick to ascertain the garage door failure (Torsion spring) and recommended replacing both springs and the Torsion Spring Center support precision bearings, which I agreed. He also made a recommendation to replace the door drums and a couple other wearing parts which I felt could wait and he didn’t pressure me. As for the pricing for the springs and bearing I was disappointed. I’ve owned a company for many years and understand how parts are marked up to cover a companies overhead costs. The highest quality springs on the market are less than half what we were charged and moderate quality springs are 1/3 the cost. As for the bearings, I was shocked to see the charge for the bearings, since I work with bearings. The markup was 4x and unjustified since most individuals are not familiar with this and would not question or investigate a realistic cost for this 2 Pack Garage Door Torsion Spring Center Support Precision Bearing. Overall, we received excellent, prompt, professional, and courteous service. Would have applied 5 stars, however the markup on replacement parts was excessive and disappointing. One final note, if anyone at Precision Door Service would like to disagree with my observations, I would be open to discussing this and make an amendment if proven incorrect.

Great customer service!! I tried the original door installer to repair my broken lift spring, but they didn't call me back for almost a day, so I called your company. Fast and responsive service...on a very hot Saturday! Jerry called me when he was 20 mins out, showed up on time within the service window, was very nice and thorough, and made this whole experience easy to deal with. I called for a broken spring, and while the Tech. was polite and courteous, the flat rate pricing was excessive. I was quoted $ 1200 plus dollars for this simple repair. I decided not to do the work, and pay the service charge. I found another company who did the repair of 2 springs and 4 track rollers for $ 350.00 on a Sunday.
