Very impressed with the response, had a tech onsite within an hour. The issue was diagnosed and quoted which I approved. Overall quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately the tech spilt a can of paint and did not inform me until I found the evidence a few days later. Understand it was a mistake, however let me know so I can clear it up. Now I have dried white paint all over my garage floor and tools. Follow up. I received calls and emails from Precision Garage Door. They were very apologetic about my negative experience. They offered an equitable solution which I agreed to. Nice to have a company acknowledge mistakes, take responsibility and work up a resolution. Shows they care and hold themselves accountable. Very impressive.

Our garage door was serviced by Paul. He arrived on time and quickly assessed our issues. We replaced an old Genie opener with a Liftmaster. He also replaced the springs and the rollers. His attention to detail, and perseverance to get the door running smoothly were commendable. The quote was higher than I expected, but maybe you get what you pay for.

Our new garage door is fantastic! It took quite a bit longer than we were originally told and the communication along the way could have been much better, but we are very happy with the end result. The installers were terrific, very professional and friendly.

We had an unexpected situation where our garage door stopped working on a Thursday, leaving us unable to get our car out and creating an emergency. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service that night around 9:00 PM and were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at a convenient time when we would be home. Our technician, Param, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He provided clear options, explained the work, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Although the service was on the pricey side, it was very dependable, and we’re glad we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. If it wasn’t so pricey, I would provided five stars, and again I am pleased with the service provided.

The technician was very knowlegeable about the job. He was very open and honest. I felt like I was treated fairly. The only thing I would recommend is that no services are advised if the item does not need to be serviced at that time. Only the minimum amount of service should be done to save the customer money.

Salvador was GREAT! Very knowledgeable, and he came back a second time to pair a remote, which I very much appreciated. The garage door opener is quiet and works well. I gave it four stars instead of five, though, because NONE of the technology (open/close the door from my phone, etc) works for me. My condo is too far from the garage for my WiFi to work. Precision should ask these questions before sending out their installers.

Overall a very good job. I had new door installed in August and new motor installed just now. Unfortunately they did not honor the original quote from the motor from 2 months ago and charge me $250 more. Would have been nice if they honored the original quote.

Great service. Price for the spring was a little high. And the said they needed to replace both. Patrick was very personable. We can’t say if the pricing was fair but we don’t expect a discount on a Saturday.

Service man explained in details so the garage door will properly, and how much it will cost. He even suggested a drive motor replacement however, I declined as it costs more than I can afford in one time. He spent a good part of the day so I am very satisfied.

Precision Garage Door offered a competitive price. The doors were on backorder with a promised lead time of up to four weeks. Communication during the waiting period was challenging, with little to no updates on the status. After six weeks, the doors finally arrived, and from that point, everything went smoothly thanks to Tina, the office manager. The installation team, Armando and Joel, were courteous, efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Philip was on time and did a fast and very good job. He also explained to me exactly what was needed and the cost thereof. The only negative I have is that I believe the cost of the repair seemed high given the replacement parts which included a bracket, springs, and other misc parts were not that costly.

Patrick needs a raise. He represents the one percent of trades-people these days who take pride in their work, obsessed with details, and polite. My only complaint is the 100% markup on parts. They're offensive!

Paul’s work was outstanding—swift and meticulous. I truly value and appreciate the quality he delivered. However, I have concerns regarding the billing. While I believe Paul’s expertise warrants the cost, the breakdown suggesting a significant portion went to materials feels off. I’ve seen similar components on Home Depot and Amazon for half the price. I’m more than willing to pay for Paul’s professionalism, but I’d prefer not to feel overcharged for materials.

Service was excellent! Jose Brizuela was very professional. He showed up on time, assessed the issues with my door, and explained the steps for the repair. He provided a couple of quotes for different levels of repair, and completed the job on time. He also left the space clean. Jose replaced the door rollers, cables, cable wheels and bearings, lubricated and adjusted everything. I'm very happy with the service. The only reason I did not give five stars, is because of the price. I believe the cost was a bit expensive, but I guess everything these days is very costly.

Tony was great - On time and very efficient. He explained everything that was needed and being done. Although your material prices seem to include labor (no labor charged). they are many times the listed prices for the same parts elsewhere. Overall, not a good "bang for the buck"

I needed a replacement backup battery for my Liftmaster garage door opener. An appointment was available the next day, within a 4-hour window. I was told the technician would call about 15 minutes before his arrival. I didn't get a call, and just happened to look out my front window - the truck was parked in my neighbor's driveway across the street! I walked over and said um... I think you're at the wrong house. :-) Happy that he showed up in the early part of that 4-hour window, and the job was finished quickly. I expected to pay more for the part than if I ordered it myself, but it was 4 times the cost of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Amazon. That seems a bit extreme, but happy to get it fixed.

Thought it was a bit expensive for not replacing any parts and taking only 10-15 minutes to do. I could barely understand Mejia Paul. Am glad the door is fixed, however!

Replacement of the motor and two other options suggested by technician were strongly overpriced. But he did very good job and fixed problem. Customer service was easily accessible and agreed to return a quarter of the price.
