Precision came to install a new Amarr garage door and a new LiftMaster 6690L motor. It is our first time to have an automatic garage door. As an installer, he should spend more time to explain more details about the functions. However, we had to ask him about some operations, safety issues and maintenance.

The selection of doors to choose from are very good and the quality of my (insulated garage door) install was handled by very experienced techs. The installers made every effort to fit the door and controller/motor precisely to the opening. The only delay was caused by a manufacture error to the cut size of the door on the initial attempted install schedule. ( My opening was not standard , as many homes have less than a 16' finished jam). Precision Garage door re-ordered the door to the proper cut size to fit my opening. This involved an extra few weeks of wait time but they completed the installation without any further complication thereafter. Thanks to everyone at Precision Door for placing a priority on getting my door hung fast, as soon as the correct door was made. Advice to anyone considering a New or Replacement Garage Door.....Measure twice, Cut once.!! and Order 2 months before you want installation. That will ensure the process goes smoothly.

Precision Garage Door was fast in coming to my home and repairing my door. They came the next day and Purilino had all the parts needed to fix my door. He took about 90 minutes to replace the parts and it works great.

They are overpriced and seems to charge a lot more. Another issue, I found there time window to arrive and message when they actually arrive is way off. I received message that technician is on it way at 1:30 pm but actual time when he arrived was 4:00 pm. Also I had to call there office to follow up multiple times to check the eta. The technician was good and did basic check and replace springs but they charged me way more than other competitors.

Very impressed with the response, had a tech onsite within an hour. The issue was diagnosed and quoted which I approved. Overall quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately the tech spilt a can of paint and did not inform me until I found the evidence a few days later. Understand it was a mistake, however let me know so I can clear it up. Now I have dried white paint all over my garage floor and tools. Follow up. I received calls and emails from Precision Garage Door. They were very apologetic about my negative experience. They offered an equitable solution which I agreed to. Nice to have a company acknowledge mistakes, take responsibility and work up a resolution. Shows they care and hold themselves accountable. Very impressive.

Our garage door was serviced by Paul. He arrived on time and quickly assessed our issues. We replaced an old Genie opener with a Liftmaster. He also replaced the springs and the rollers. His attention to detail, and perseverance to get the door running smoothly were commendable. The quote was higher than I expected, but maybe you get what you pay for.

Our new garage door is fantastic! It took quite a bit longer than we were originally told and the communication along the way could have been much better, but we are very happy with the end result. The installers were terrific, very professional and friendly.

We had an unexpected situation where our garage door stopped working on a Thursday, leaving us unable to get our car out and creating an emergency. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service that night around 9:00 PM and were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at a convenient time when we would be home. Our technician, Param, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He provided clear options, explained the work, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Although the service was on the pricey side, it was very dependable, and we’re glad we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. If it wasn’t so pricey, I would provided five stars, and again I am pleased with the service provided.

The technician was very knowlegeable about the job. He was very open and honest. I felt like I was treated fairly. The only thing I would recommend is that no services are advised if the item does not need to be serviced at that time. Only the minimum amount of service should be done to save the customer money.

Salvador was GREAT! Very knowledgeable, and he came back a second time to pair a remote, which I very much appreciated. The garage door opener is quiet and works well. I gave it four stars instead of five, though, because NONE of the technology (open/close the door from my phone, etc) works for me. My condo is too far from the garage for my WiFi to work. Precision should ask these questions before sending out their installers.

Overall a very good job. I had new door installed in August and new motor installed just now. Unfortunately they did not honor the original quote from the motor from 2 months ago and charge me $250 more. Would have been nice if they honored the original quote.

Precision Garage Door offered a competitive price. The doors were on backorder with a promised lead time of up to four weeks. Communication during the waiting period was challenging, with little to no updates on the status. After six weeks, the doors finally arrived, and from that point, everything went smoothly thanks to Tina, the office manager. The installation team, Armando and Joel, were courteous, efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Philip was on time and did a fast and very good job. He also explained to me exactly what was needed and the cost thereof. The only negative I have is that I believe the cost of the repair seemed high given the replacement parts which included a bracket, springs, and other misc parts were not that costly.
