Jose and Anthony came in to my house to fix the garage door. They have answered all related questions pertinent to possible causes of the breakdown of the spring that holds the garage door. Jose also discussed the service fees and other option to make the payment affordable .. Jose and Anthony were able to complete the job in less than 40 minutes . I was able to open the garage door once again without any problem. Jose even find time to teach me how to properly maintain the garage door by applying lubricant and rust preventative spray to help the garage last longer . I am very grateful for their excellent service.

This review is for SOUKIE SING. We had issue with our garage door opener. Soukie was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explained the issue to the customer and was very kind and polite throughout the service. He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

The tension spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday evening and by 9am Sunday, our technician, Soukie Sing, had us up and running. He was quick, thorough and professional. Great to be able to get someone out on the weekend!

Fantastic service by Paul who clearly knows the work involved. I called Precision after another company came out the day before and was incapable of finishing the job. Great service. Replaced all four door springs and adjusted tension. Door seems to work better than ever. Communication was excellent with everyone I talked. Paul was exceptional in many ways. He explained what needed to be done after he diagnosed the problems and then corrected all of the problems and explained and demonstrated how we use our new equipment and the app. He was extremely efficient and worked continuously until the job was completed. We have had Precision work on our garage doors at two homes now and will use their services with this home. Jose Brizuela-Lopez just finished installing my new wall mount garage door opener. Jose’s technical skills, knowledge and expertise provided me with the confidence to approve the estimate and have the garage door opener installed. When first meeting with me, Jose introduced himself with a genuine smile. Something that is unique today. Prior to installing the opener Jose evaluated my current rails, Springs, wheels, etc. then he walked me through different estimates while showing me what he was explaining. Jose never pushed an estimate. He just explained what my old door system was like, and what needed to be repaired in order to support this new garage door opener. I called after weeks of my garage door acting up, and after I thought watching YouTube videos could help me fix it. Wonderful woman (Christina!) took my call, got me scheduled for that same day. Caleb showed up after texting & calling me to let me know his timing. He knew his stuff, diagnosed a very old unit that needed replacement, had it done in less than an hour. While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts.
