Paul, the technician who came to fix our garage door, was AWESOME. He came early, worked very efficiently, and before he left, Paul explained and showed us all of the the problems he had fixed. We were thrilled - the garage door is SO quiet now!!! Based on our experience, we would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for timely, excellent service!!! PS: Fantastic service!! Phillip N was our garage installer technician. He came out promptly at the 8 am time frame, which was great so we didn't have to wait for him to arrive. He evaluated our garage issue and immediately figured out the issue. It wasn't a motor issue but a broken spring. He was able to give me options which were detailed and allowed me to make an informed decision. He repaired the spring and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very polite, professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors. When we need work done in the future, I know where to go immediately. Thanks.

When our garage door opener failed suddenly, we called Precision. They sent out an installer the same day. He installed a new hi-tech opener in about 90 min and did a great job. Outstanding service. On time, stayed late to finish the job. Exxplained the scope of the job and afterwards carefully explained the finish with instructions to operate the new system (motor and key pad). Cleaned up and took away the old parts.

My LiftMaster garage stopped working last Saturday due to code change failure. Phillip and his colleague arrived this afternoon and quickly reprogrammed the outside remote and car remotes. Phillip noticed that one of the roller guides had jumped the rail and replaced it with a new one. Thank you, also, to the young assistant who lubricated the LiftMaster track and chain. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Santa Cruz County! ????

I really appreciate the quick (next day) response to my call. Ian was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. He showed me how to avoid a blocked sensor in future, lubricated the system, and replaced the springs (preventive maintenance). I highly recommend Precision.

Tony was great - On time and very efficient. He explained everything that was needed and being done. Although your material prices seem to include labor (no labor charged). they are many times the listed prices for the same parts elsewhere. Overall, not a good "bang for the buck"

An excellent experience overall. When our garage door crashed down on a Saturday we thought our cars might be trapped inside over the weekend. However our immediate telephone contact led to a same-day appointment. The serviceman (Joel) arrived on time and quickly completed a comprehensive repair. He explained our need, gave an acceptable estimate, and kept us fully informed as he proceeded. By the time he departed, we thought of him as friend. Full marks, all round.

Within minutes he had assessed the problems, made some adjustments and other recommended services we would need in the future. I chatted online with Holly Y at Precision on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend about my garage door's antics and the need to have a pro check it out. Holly offered a time slot for the next morning, a Saturday, which wasn't convenient for me. I thought my next opportunity would be Tuesday after the long weekend, but Holly said she could have a technician come out on Sunday morning. I was very (pleasantly) surprised to have a tech come out on a Sunday! Sunday morning Mario Mojica, the technician, called about a half hour before he arrived to make sure that would be a convenient time. Mario was professional and courteous and fixed the problem easily and quickly. I definitely recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs attention.

Technician was courteous but trying to sell me snake oil????. Told me that my bearings need replacement because of my failed spring. That's BS. Coated springs? Another upcharge! Oh, my rollers are bad, really? And my opener is old and needs to be looked at? What a croc! $950 estimate for a broken spring? You are out of your f....g mind. Had to pay $70 for telling me this crap? I want my money refunded or I will let Social Media know about your unethical tactics. BTW, had the spring replaced today, $300????.

Ismael Lopez came when expected after a notifying phone call. He explained and showed me the needed repairs. He completed them in the time expected and also replaced one failing keypad and fixed the second. He provided us with an additional remote and connected all systems to they worked. Yesterday Paul provided us super service of our two garage doors. The annoying chirpy, squeaky sounds are gone now. More importantly the expertly installed replacement parts provide us the assurance that our doors will perform in the manner intended by the manufacturer.
