I called Precision Garage Door in the afternoon and Paul and Matthew were at the house around 6. They recommended a tune up and new rollers and had the job completed in about 30 min. Both guys were friendly and provided great service!

Didn’t call to 1:00 but they got to my house that day as promised. Did a full inspection and gave me four plans. I chose one of the more complicated one and the tech went to work rebuilding my 40 + year old system. Took over three house but got it done Works great, smooth and quiet.

The selection of doors to choose from are very good and the quality of my (insulated garage door) install was handled by very experienced techs. The installers made every effort to fit the door and controller/motor precisely to the opening. The only delay was caused by a manufacture error to the cut size of the door on the initial attempted install schedule. ( My opening was not standard , as many homes have less than a 16' finished jam). Precision Garage door re-ordered the door to the proper cut size to fit my opening. This involved an extra few weeks of wait time but they completed the installation without any further complication thereafter. Thanks to everyone at Precision Door for placing a priority on getting my door hung fast, as soon as the correct door was made. Advice to anyone considering a New or Replacement Garage Door.....Measure twice, Cut once.!! and Order 2 months before you want installation. That will ensure the process goes smoothly.

Phillip N was our garage installer technician. He came out promptly at the 8 am time frame, which was great so we didn't have to wait for him to arrive. He evaluated our garage issue and immediately figured out the issue. It wasn't a motor issue but a broken spring. He was able to give me options which were detailed and allowed me to make an informed decision. He repaired the spring and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very polite, professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors. When we need work done in the future, I know where to go immediately. Thanks.

Outstanding service. On time, stayed late to finish the job. Exxplained the scope of the job and afterwards carefully explained the finish with instructions to operate the new system (motor and key pad). Cleaned up and took away the old parts.

My LiftMaster garage stopped working last Saturday due to code change failure. Phillip and his colleague arrived this afternoon and quickly reprogrammed the outside remote and car remotes. Phillip noticed that one of the roller guides had jumped the rail and replaced it with a new one. Thank you, also, to the young assistant who lubricated the LiftMaster track and chain. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Santa Cruz County! ????

I really appreciate the quick (next day) response to my call. Ian was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. He showed me how to avoid a blocked sensor in future, lubricated the system, and replaced the springs (preventive maintenance). I highly recommend Precision.

Tony was great - On time and very efficient. He explained everything that was needed and being done. Although your material prices seem to include labor (no labor charged). they are many times the listed prices for the same parts elsewhere. Overall, not a good "bang for the buck"

Knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, and reliable… Paul B. at Precision Garage Door was a true professional and helped guide us through the repairs to our older garage door. The garage door now runs so incredibly smooth and is very quiet. My only wish is that we had called to have Paul come out to help us sooner!
