Phillip was our tech. He was here on the last call. He's very cheerful, friendly greeting, called me by my first name. Phillip adjusted the garage door opening exactly like I hoped to accommodate a larger car rear door opening. I told him the new car had not yet been paired to the garage door opener. He offered to do that, stating the cost. It was surprising to me his method was not shown on any of the YouTube Lexus pairing videos I looked at. Next time I need work done on the garage door I will surely request Philip be the tech assigned to my appointment. He's a real gem for your company to have.

This is the most shady business i've dealt with so far 60+ years in my life. the guy Sheridan Abad came to give an estimate to fix the door that fell off the roller but insisted that the door is no good, unfixable, had to dismantle it and rebuild the whole thing for a cost of $2046.53! he said he was generous and would even give a $25 discount on this and took $49.95 to give such an advice and quote. this is all in spite of the fact i convinced him the door came off the roller and just needed the pulley/drum to be reengaged. well, i just called another garage door repair and he came and put it back for $153.00 and even adjusted the spring tension for free. i'm not sure why you guys are in the business trying hard to rip off even knowledgable customers. don't know how may naive customers fell a prey for you to build your empire that definitely you don't deserve. looks like i HAVE to give at least one star to complete this or the system won't take the feedback, else i really wanted to give NEGATIVE 5 stars on your work.

Precision installed the original door and opener 20+ years ago. The teeth on the drive were finally worn down & the door wouldn't open. Had it replaced with a better unit - battery backup, control with an app, chain drive and much, much quieter. The tech was knowledgeable, explained all the options and pricing, had all the parts and completed the job including lubing our entire door. I highly recommend Precision.

On 12/10/19, Mike, of Precision Door Service of San, Jose did a fantastic job of installing a new garage door motor. He came in a timely fashion and did the installation very quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and carefully explained how the new setup differed from our old one; of course remembering to give us 2 new remote controls for the door. As I said before, a wonderful job.

The new insulated door is very quiet, and so is the belt driven Lift Master garage door opener. The installer was on time and very proficient.Sorry I forgot his name. He is a Mexican with an Italian name. Overall I am very happy with this garage door replacement.

Precision did some major parts replacement on my garage door in March 2017. Torsion Springs, drums, cables, rollers, bearings, hinges. Because of the 5 year warranty I called them when my door was making a "snapping" noise when it was closing. Paulino quickly found that one of the panels was bent causing the door alignment to be off. Have no idea how this happened, but it was quickly bent back into shape and the noise was gone. He also checked the door closure pressure and made a minor adjustment. Only took a few minutes to remedy the problem. That's why you call a professional! The charge to repair was the fee for the service call of $50. Well worth it. Nice to have a quiet garage door again. Precision stood by the 5=year warranty commitment for the repair. Thanks.

Excellent. It would be helpful if the email included approximate time of installation and that the customer will be given a call approximately 30 minutes before arriving. I was told verbally by phone but had several contractors and over time I was confused. Thank you, highly recommend your service.
