We were blown away by the excellent service and product we received from Precision. Mike, who provided our estimate and sale, was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward with everything. Luigi, who installed our door, was professional, thorough and efficient. All communication regarding scheduling and payment was smooth. Paul called and said he was on the way. He arrived on time. After his examination, he explained my options to me thoroughly and in a way a novice could understand. After I made my decision, he proceeded with the project which was a complete garage door opener replacement. He worked steadily until the completion of the project. He took the time to explain how the new system worked and walked me through it all. I am completely happy with the product and all his work.
