Really like the fact that the Precision Door technician calls ahead so I don't have to wait around wondering when he is going to come and then he shows up o time. I called Precision when my garage door opener broke. I was looking to get a quiet unit. Mike recommended the PDS800 motor. I cannot believe how quiet it is. It just hums. We are so happy with this decision.
