I loved the fact that we were guaranteed an appointment the same day and that the yellow pages ad also guaranteed that all technicians are sent out with all parts...no waiting for parts needed! So I call and they immediately answer the phone (like the ad says) and this lovely woman named Ashley? answers all my questions and sets up an appointment the same day.
