The only thing I would recommend is that no services are advised if the item does not need to be serviced at that time. Only the minimum amount of service should be done to save the customer money.

I called in the morning, got a window of availability, that fit my schedule. Received a as promised 30 minutes before, which gave me time to get home and clear space for Salvador to work. Salvador arrived on time inspected my garage and told me what I needed. It needs a lot as my system is 20 yeats old. We are planning to do it in stages. Starting with the most important first. I got a new system. I LOVE it!! It is streamlined and so quiet. It is a little expensive we feel. Salvador was patient and kind to explain all the new features to us. He is great!! Just had my garage door fixed by Andrey Brodskiy of Precision Garage Door of San Jose, and he did an excellent job! The worm gear drive mechanism on my 27-year-old home had started to breakdown, was failing to open all the way and made a lot of noise. Andrey came in, analyzed the problems with my system right away, and presented several options in different price ranges that would correct the issues I was experiencing. I made my selection, and he got right to work. A new Lift Master belt drive system was installed, along with new ball bearing door rollers. The new system not only works great, but it's also extremely quiet, and Andrey was able to do all this while I pestered him with questions! (I'm an engineer and naturally curious) I not only got a top-quality installation but got a great education at the same time! And I'll no longer wake up my neighbors when I leave for work early in the morning! I'm very happy! Thanks Andrey!

Salvador was GREAT! Very knowledgeable, and he came back a second time to pair a remote, which I very much appreciated. The garage door opener is quiet and works well. I gave it four stars instead of five, though, because NONE of the technology (open/close the door from my phone, etc) works for me. My condo is too far from the garage for my WiFi to work. Precision should ask these questions before sending out their installers.
