This was an overall amazing experience. Rodney the technician was knowledgeable and competent. The most amazing thing was the service got started and finished within 90 minutes of arrival, no ordering parts, no return visit, no any of the annoying things that usually happen. This was perfect.

We had a new garage door opener installed and our technician, Paul Brinkman was fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Then door opener works great and is very quite (for moving a big chunk of metal anyways). Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience.

My experience was positive in every way. Quick response from a human dispatcher when I called. A technician was dispatched within a couple of hours. I was notified when he would arrive and he—Caleb—called to let me know when he was close. He quickly and reasonably diagnosed the problems and presented me several options to address them. Caleb was efficient, professional and personable. The cost of the project seemed fair, and an excellent value for the service I received.

We had Rodney F. come out and help us get into our garage after the spring failed in a spectacular fashion yesterday morning. He was WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good things about Rodney. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! We called Precision Monday evening around 8pm and Rodney came to help us out by 9pm Tuesday night. Super fast turnaround. We are thrilled with the repair and I definitely know who to call if we need assistance in the future.

Precision Doors was amazing. They contacted me within 30 minutes of sending them a request for an appointment. It was set for the next day. Patrick arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. The backup battery on my opener needed replacing and I was having a hard time trying to do it myself. He didn’t make me feel bad for not being able to fix it. He changed the batteries, reset everything and even showed me how to update info on my wall opener. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

Our garage door wasn’t opening and closing right, so we contacted Precision. They came out the next day and replaced the springs and bearings. For some reason, that caused another problem. And, after they left, the garage door just kept opening and closing on its own, over and over. We finally got it to close and called Precision again. Rodney came back over later that evening and did some more work on it, and fixed the issue. Rodney is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him, and he was very thorough and patient, even after a very long day. I would definitely use them again. Thanks, Rodney!
