He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

I purchased a $3,000 garage door opener with new springs and included a warranty for three years . We called to get a few items fixed under warranty . The person arrived and spent 45 minutes lubricating the channel and getting the key pad to work . No materials were needs . He presented a $250 bill which my wife had to pay . We are rejecting this charge as no one explained this when we made the call therefore we reject this charge

Be prepared to pay at least $1,700 for repair (my garage door had a broken spring). The repairman did a efficient job of repairing my garage door. He did something to let me raise the door in case of a power failure, but he didn't tell me what it was, and now I am unable to raise the door by myself. I assume he did this to require me to call for repair in case of a power failure. Not cool!

Excellent service! Answered my call quickly. Since it was already evening, a service appointment was scheduled for first thing the next morning. A technician arrived promptly, after calling to give us notice that he was on the way. Our door was serviced and there was no attempt to upsell or convince us to buy another opener.
