Michael Munoz was my sales rep who helped me make the right decisions for my new garage door, panel design, motor and belt. He was friendly and helpful, giving me the information I needed to pick the features that I needed. Luigi Lopez was the technician who installed my garage door. It was amazing to watch the methodical way he took the old garage door apart and put together the new door. His steps were efficient yet he was always careful to measure and measure again to check that everything was right so the job was done correctly. He explained the operation of the door and answered all my questions. My beautiful garage door now hums as it opens and closes. I am very happy with your product and your employees! Mike came out gave us a quote was a great guy and very professional he advised of a time frame and door was ready about two weeks sooner and Sara from the office called to set up the install time the crew showed up very professional and they worked fast cleaned up did a fantastic job. The new insulated door is very quiet, and so is the belt driven Lift Master garage door opener. The installer was on time and very proficient.Sorry I forgot his name. He is a Mexican with an Italian name. Overall I am very happy with this garage door replacement.

Excellent. It would be helpful if the email included approximate time of installation and that the customer will be given a call approximately 30 minutes before arriving. I was told verbally by phone but had several contractors and over time I was confused. Thank you, highly recommend your service.
