Our tech Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame quoted, he was very professional and informative about what we needed. This is the second time we have had Precision install a garage door opener for us and both times we have been extremely happy. The first was to replace an old unit and the second time was to install one on a new workshop roll up door. Both times they arrived on time, were courteous, explained everything fully and completed the job in the time frame they promised. The staff both on the phone and in person were excellent.

We just had our old garage door opener down on us and needed to get it replaced quickly. I did research on line looking at comments and reviews and took a chance on Precision. So glad we did. Professionalism and prompt service from the initial call to the technician (Paulino M) completing the work was exceptional. Was impressed with the individual who answered the call (believe it was Melissa). She was very thorough and clear with her communications. She was professional in scheduling the service and ensuring all the details were correct. Excellent customer support, you are fortunate to have her on your team! Paulino M arrived ahead of schedule (same day of the initial call) and called when he was 20 minutes from arriving. Upon arrival Paulino was quick to ascertain the garage door failure (Torsion spring) and recommended replacing both springs and the Torsion Spring Center support precision bearings, which I agreed. He also made a recommendation to replace the door drums and a couple other wearing parts which I felt could wait and he didn’t pressure me. As for the pricing for the springs and bearing I was disappointed. I’ve owned a company for many years and understand how parts are marked up to cover a companies overhead costs. The highest quality springs on the market are less than half what we were charged and moderate quality springs are 1/3 the cost. As for the bearings, I was shocked to see the charge for the bearings, since I work with bearings. The markup was 4x and unjustified since most individuals are not familiar with this and would not question or investigate a realistic cost for this 2 Pack Garage Door Torsion Spring Center Support Precision Bearing. Overall, we received excellent, prompt, professional, and courteous service. Would have applied 5 stars, however the markup on replacement parts was excessive and disappointing. One final note, if anyone at Precision Door Service would like to disagree with my observations, I would be open to discussing this and make an amendment if proven incorrect.

I called for a broken spring, and while the Tech. was polite and courteous, the flat rate pricing was excessive. I was quoted $ 1200 plus dollars for this simple repair. I decided not to do the work, and pay the service charge. I found another company who did the repair of 2 springs and 4 track rollers for $ 350.00 on a Sunday.

Great response time. arrived as scheduled. Did what I needed to have done however I am not sure what their 21 point inspection consists of. CAUTION be sure to print out and give to the technician your printed coupon for free service call found on their site before he starts billing you ( and I must admit it says so on their site however I forgot to bring it out and when I mentioned to him that I had it it was too late and he charged me the service call plus the other charges) I would of saved 25.00 and he would of just charged for the 99.00 labor) therefore I would say that I would recommend they ask before they start the billing if the customer has a coupon this would truly be customer service. In this case I should of followed instructions as per their web and therefore I would recommend them to other friends as the work was done according to my request.

I called to have my garage door open. Unfortunately, the next availability was for the following day. My technician was Blake Zuniga. When he arrived in my home, he was very kind and friendly. He assessed my garage door. He gave me some options and asked which one I would like to do. Since, the company does not carry Wayne Dalton brand, Blake provided me some other brands they the company provides. Since getting a whole new garage was costly, he made every effort to repair my garage as best as he can. He took his time and was very patient. At the end of his work, I was more than satisfied with his repair. I highly recommend Blake and this company to everyone! Thank you...

I was very happy with the service performed by Precision and especially happy with the technician, James Walker, who went above and beyond to repair our door. We had tried another company first and they gave us the run around for 6 days, cancelling 3 times on us. I called Precision garage doors on a Sunday and James replaced not only the springs but the motor as well, showing up only a few hours after our call. I highly recommend this company.
