I had used Precision Garage Door previously for a repair & got great service then. Nothing has changed...great service again today! I can't believe how quick it all is. I called about 2pm to ask about getting a new keypad installed & by a little after 5pm the same day it was installed & paid for. Quick, easy, & reliable with great service! I hope I don't need anything for my garage door for awhile, but if I do, I will for sure call Percision. Sing it with me now...Precision Garage Door...a name you can trust...LOL

Paul with Precision Door was fantastic to work with. No pushy business deals. Gave me 3 different quotes depending on how many things would need to be replaced. The technician, Nathaniel, called as promised to advise he was 20 minutes away. This is nice to allow me, the customer, the be ready when he arrives. He was friendly and understood the situation. He listened to my concerns and took ownership of the situation. After a few minutes I was presented with two options for repair. I made my decision and he promptly started the repairs. Within 60-90 minutes, he was done. We tested the doors functionality. He showed me what he did and reiterated the warranty on the work and parts. Nathaniel Was a pleasure to work with and for any future projects, I’d like him as my service technician.

Everything was terrific, the entire process. I've had problems with my garage door for years that I endlessly tried to fix myself. I even had other companies come out and try to fix the issues but their solutions never worked long term. Precision came out within hours of my initial call, quickly diagnosed my problems, gave me 3 detailed solution options, and completed super high end work right away. The literally solved years worth of problems in just a couple of quick hours. Super happy with their work and service and would highly recommend them over anyone else!

We contacted Precision to get a spring replaced that broke in the morning. They easily accommodated us and had a tech come out a few hours later. Our tech, Joel was professional, on-time and super chill! Great guy to work with. He replaced the spring and suggested other part replacements too. After he left, our garage was so quiet and runs very well now. great customer service! Will use them again for any garage needs in the future.

I contacted Precision Garage Door in order to get my garage door repaired. The large spring at the top of the door had broken and the door would not open. I scheduled my appointment on-line and they were able to come out the same day. Paul, the technician, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and also made some suggestions on some maintenance issues. We had Paul complete the necessary repairs and also asked him to replace the garage door opener with a newer model. He handled everything in a very timely manner and was extremely professional throughout the process. Once completed, the door works great and the new opener is so much better than what we originally had. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I was able to get an appointment really quickly for the day after Thanksgiving because I called late in the day before. The Tech, Paul Brinkman, was even a little early. I had two broken screws and needed an extra remote. I also showed him that the bottom of the door had been damaged when some other workmen opened it manually and let it slam when pushing it closed. Thank you so much for immediate response when I called and the same day service! I had a long neglected garage door that after power was shut off, caused me to pull the dreaded red rope. No reconnect lead to me calling and by 4 hours later, it was fixed. Appreciated the lesson on lubrication (video recorded so I can recall to do it yearly).

This is the worst experience I have had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had Precision Garage Door install my garage door. It was quite expensive but I agreed to proceed because the company is advertised as family owned. Now that the battery had to be replaced, I was prepared to do it myself. But when I tried to open the battery box, it looked like the screw had been stripped, probably when it was installed. I was really concerned so I called Precision Garage Door. The woman I spoke to said it would be 50% off $69.95 and that a worker would contact me. Later in the afternoon, I received a telephone call on my landline (which is not my primary line). The worker said he called me 6 times on my cell phone (he did not) and then indicated it would be $200+ a service fee to open the box and put in a battery! He then said I could do it myself by purchasing a Milwaukee 1/4 inch drive to take care of an issue that was caused by the original installer. To add to everything else, he then said he would message me a picture (he did not). If anyone asks me if I could recommend a garage door firm, it certainly will NOT be Precision Garage Door.

Charged me $283 to adjust the spring tension on my garage door, that took him no more than 5 minutes. He spent the most time trying to get me to replace the door wheels and install a new opener, even though they were working fine! I had used Precision to replace my door springs in 2021, I will seek garage door services elsewhere.
