Telephone response was fast. The actual repair took 12 days. The invoice was $90 over quote. Installation only included one remote, but I have a two car garage. Installation did not include the home delivery option. My garage door opens now, but I will have to pay another $469 for the two features I want. I am not planning to use this company in the future.

Precision Garage is highly recommended. Their garage mechanic was highly knowledgeable and responsible. He took on the challenge of adding a door lock sensor and realized the current opener mechanism didn't have an applicable motor; so, instead of stopping the appointment right then, he went back to San Jose and brought back the correct opener and gave a discount. He didn't have to, but he did. The garage opener works smoothly as does the lock. Highly recommended when moving to a new property.

I had a very bad experience with Precision Garage Door. I requested an appointment to get a quote, but the technician was very irresponsible. He backed up his truck to my driveway without paying attention to the the space and ran into my tree and damaged it considerably. He was unapologetic of his reckless driving. Also, since i had just asked them to get me a quote, there was no reason to push through his unwieldy truck into my driveway without having driving skill to backup the truck. Now i am having to figure out how to fix my tree as there has been substantial damage. Beware of this irresponsible vendor.

I went with just the replacement of the motor. He had one on the truck and within about 90min it was installed and working. Showed me how to work it, explained all the features and he was in his way.
