They put in my door 11 months ago. The technician was very professional, courteous, and a good salesman. When I mentioned I was unhappy with the door as it broke in 11 month's, he convinced me to upgrade rollers and cable disks for $653 +. I consider this a high price, considering what I paid for the original door. Apparently there is an upgrade kit that includes rollers, cable disks and springs for around $500.00, but that is only available for new customers. If I have a problem with the door in the near future ( that is not my fault), I will be using a different company.

We had a great experience with Precision! They came out within a few hours of our phone call, and our installer, David did a great job installing our new motor. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Serviceman (David Lopez) was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and thorough. Work was very well done and I am very pleased with the result (springs, rollers, cables...) Two concerns: 1) to pay by credit card I had to provide the card number, expiration date, and security code -- all the info that anyone would need to use the card anywhere. I hope you protect that info very very well. 2) it ended up being quite a bit more expensive than I anticipated, tho I recognize that it's hard to predict cost as situations can vary a lot. BTW - very good experience with the web site, too.

Your service repairman, David, arrived promptly at 9:30. He quickly inspected and assessed the problem and came up with an itemized list of what was needed to repair the damage and what was optional. He gave us a quote but also said we were eligible for a senior discount. Upon agreeing with the terms, he began repairing our broken garage door opener. He was done by 11:00. The door works smoothly. David was courteous and informative the whole time. If we need further help, I told him we would ask for him specifically.

I had used Precision Garage Door previously for a repair & got great service then. Nothing has changed...great service again today! I can't believe how quick it all is. I called about 2pm to ask about getting a new keypad installed & by a little after 5pm the same day it was installed & paid for. Quick, easy, & reliable with great service! I called Precision with symptom of intermittent operation/door stopping part way up, & arranged time slot between 12:30pm & 4:30pm same day. Tech called me at 1:10pm that he is en-route and arrived on time 35 minutes later. David listened to symptoms, asked questions about door usage frequency, described his assessment of problem. He explained primary must do repair and related secondary repairs he may suggest depending on what he finds as he starts the work. He allowed me to choose among necessary work and what options I can afford. He showed total cost on his tablet for me to see range of cost. Initial cost higher than expected. David made it easy to understand what is needed and could be deferred. Very happy with courteous and competent service.

My springs and motor broke on my garage door. I called Precision Door and they came out within 2 hours! The website let me know who the technician was and he called to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out what needed replacement. He was able to complete the job in less than 3 hours! I had planned to replace my old opener with one with a back up battery because I could not open the door when the power was out to remove my car.

Precision’s service person, David, did a very thorough job repairing our garage door tensioner spring assembly. We were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but really can’t complain as that assembly is original to the house. So that’s 26-27 years. It David was very courteous, and clearly explained what was needed. I highly recommend David and Precision Garage Door
