This review is for SOUKIE SING. We had issue with our garage door opener. Soukie was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explained the issue to the customer and was very kind and polite throughout the service. He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

The tension spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday evening and by 9am Sunday, our technician, Soukie Sing, had us up and running. He was quick, thorough and professional. Great to be able to get someone out on the weekend!

Jose Brizuela-Lopez just finished installing my new wall mount garage door opener. Jose’s technical skills, knowledge and expertise provided me with the confidence to approve the estimate and have the garage door opener installed. When first meeting with me, Jose introduced himself with a genuine smile. Something that is unique today. Prior to installing the opener Jose evaluated my current rails, Springs, wheels, etc. then he walked me through different estimates while showing me what he was explaining. Jose never pushed an estimate. He just explained what my old door system was like, and what needed to be repaired in order to support this new garage door opener. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door service. Because of Jose I will continue to be a customer. Thank you Jose!
