My garage door opener was stuck in the locked closed position and i could not understand how ton reset it. I called as i could not get service from Sears for the Kenmore opener. Within 30 minutes after my call, Joel arrived and was able to assess the situation, give me a quote, and after approval, reset the programming, fixed a part, lubricated the system, and moved s plant frond stuck in the door. He changed the keypad battery snd gave me an estimate for future maintenance that would ensure proper operation moving forward. I was very happy either way his work, his helpful attitude, honesty, and promptness. Very good experience. Reasonable price. Excrllent technician!

How I wish all repair businesses were like yours! Thank you for not only the rapid response, but fully explained work needed to be done, and upon completion of such, Joel carefully showed me the completed work, and showed me how I could lift the door manually, should a power failure, or any such interference should happen in the future. At 93, I appreciated the fact he arranged this manual operation to make the door light enough, I actually could lift the door quite easily. He was great. Thank you !

We contacted Precision to get a spring replaced that broke in the morning. They easily accommodated us and had a tech come out a few hours later. Our tech, Joel was professional, on-time and super chill! Great guy to work with. He replaced the spring and suggested other part replacements too. After he left, our garage was so quiet and runs very well now. great customer service! Will use them again for any garage needs in the future.

Tech did not try to up-sell, simply showed and explained the issue(s) with my door and opener. Joel was able to provide a price on the spot and once I agreed he repaired my door and installed a new opener on the spot. Joel did quality work and even made a few minor modification at my request. I called to get an estimate because my garage door broke that morning... Maybe 40 minutes later my technician. Joel showed up (on time). I thought he was there to give me a quote but not only that he was ready to install... Price was fair and timing was incredible!! Maybe an hour and a half later the job was about done... But I must say Joel put in his personal touch and made some final adjustments... I must say great job and thank you. Joel and Precision!

The garage door rail was damaged. We called Precision Garage Door of San Jose. They were here in less than two hours. What incredible service we received from Joel Jaimez. He reviewed our problem, as he inspected the entire system he noted several problems waiting to happen such as the cables were fraying (they were very old). He explained each situation very thoroughly along with costs. When he completed the service, he showed us each component and explained how it worked. He showed us preventative maintenance steps to take. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and is very professional. Thanks, Joel

I selected Precision Garage Door because on Saturday my garage door had a spring that had sprung, and I could not get my garage door open. I was on my way to do some shopping. I looked in the Yellow Pages under garage door repairs and your Ad was the first one I saw. It also mentioned that you did service in Sunnyvale and that is why I called. The service which was done by Joel was very professional. He answered all the questions we asked and also explained what he was doing and had done. When he gave us the quote, he explained what needed to be done and what item may pop up in the future. Also, we appreciated the fact that we could chose from two different quotes. The spring on our garage door broke just after we tucked both our cars in the garage for the night. How nice to be able to call Precision at 8:30PM, talk to a real person, and make an appointment for the next day. The technician contacted us when he was on his way, well within our promised service window. He was very personable, explained our options after a thorough inspection of our door and all the components. He was even able to raise the door - Herculean strength! The estimate was detailed and he gave us alternatives. The work was done in about 1.5 hours and our door has never run more smoothly. Good job!
