I started with wanting to find out if this company could replace a broken garage window panel. Soukie explained that these older wooden garage door windows are not easily repairable. I then asked him to check my garage door overall. It’s over 22 years old & needed replacement of the springs, flange ball bearings, drums & rollers. He explained what o can reasonably expect in terms of the lifespan of my current door. We agreed on one of the suggested work orders. He was diligent and was able to complete the work on a few hours. Very professional service. Travis did a thorough review of my very old and unusually large door. Significant issues were shown to me and fix options were clearly explained. Travis got right to work and replaced springs, bearings, and rollers so the door rolls easily and quietly. The opener was replaced. The bottom seal was replaced. All needed parts were on the truck. Everything was carefully adjusted and runs almost silently. All this done right away. I am confident that the door will function well for a long time. My door is now much safer! Thanks to Travis and Precision!
