I contacted Precision Garage Door company because the spring on my garage door was broken. I received a scheduled time for the work and then the technician called to say he could come earlier and I agreed (thankfully). When the technician arrived he checked the garage door and found some other potential problems and gave me estimates to fix just the spring and then to fix all the potential problems. I selected fixing everything and he gave me a time estimate for the repairs and went to work. He finished earlier that expected and everything was working great. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I broke my garage door by placing a vacuum tube on a rafter and forgetting about it. I opened the door to sweep the garage and the tube got caught in the door and completely took the door off the rail as well as the spools got unspun. Nightmare for my husband to try and fix and we have used Precision in the past. I called the number on Monday (oh this happened over the weekend on Sunday) about mid day and was able to get someone to come between 4pm - 8pm same day. Luigi arrived around 5:30pm and was done by 6:30pm. Quick, well done and professional. Will use again if needed and highly recommend.
