Today Caleb provided a garage door tune up. I had called since it had become louder and I wanted to make sure there were no big issues. Caleb did a thorough evaluation, lubricated the door, spring and track. He also provided me information on basic maintenance to extend its life. This was our first experience with Precision, and it was very good. On a Saturday afternoon our heavy garage door wouldn’t connect to the motor, and couldn’t be opened manually, leaving us unable to use our car. We called the shop that normally provides garage door service, but were informed by answering machine to take 2 aspirin and they would call Monday. So we tried Precision. Within 2 hours the service tech — a most pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman — diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective parts and left us with a perfectly functioning door. And for what we considered a fair and reasonable.price. So … when we get the call on Monday from our FORMER garage door company, we can explain that our new garage door company is Precision.

Update: Changing my review to 2 star. Again workmanship by Paul looks great but after checking parts cost online, I got freaking robbed. Take the roller bearing that runs on the track for example. The most expensive item i can find online was like $150 for 4 each when many are sold at 10 ea. for $1700, more than lawyer rate. Should have hold off and shop around.
