Excellent service from Paul Brinkmanship today! Very helpful and explained not only the work that he was doing today, but also how I can avoid this situation in the future. He also offered me some upgrades which I will make at a later date. He was informative and not pushy about it. Very pleasant and knowledgeable guy! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to let you know what an excellent job Joel Jaimez did installing my new garage opener, springs and other parts. I had called Precision because my garage door had issues closing and would get stuck. Joel called before arriving, did a thorough inspection and safety assessment, and made various recommendations. He was earnest, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions, educated me on how to maintain my new equipment and was clear and professional in his communication. It left me with a really good impression of Precision, and I would highly recommend your services and Joel Jaimez to all my friends and family.

Customer service was polite and quickly set up my appointment using the information I gave her. The technician and his assistant called to give me their arrival time. They quickly analyzed the problem and corrected the sensor and did a quick lubrication. Th technician also took the time to leave detailed information on how to follow up. I am extremely happy dealing with Precision for their services and would refer them to anyone needing garage door purchases or repairs.

Be prepared to pay at least $1,700 for repair (my garage door had a broken spring). The repairman did a efficient job of repairing my garage door. He did something to let me raise the door in case of a power failure, but he didn't tell me what it was, and now I am unable to raise the door by myself. I assume he did this to require me to call for repair in case of a power failure. Not cool!

I really appreciate the quick (next day) response to my call. Ian was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. He showed me how to avoid a blocked sensor in future, lubricated the system, and replaced the springs (preventive maintenance). I highly recommend Precision.

It's rare these days to find a company with this level of service excellence. I called at 8:30am, at 4:30 as promised Phillip turned up, quoted there and then, replaced the motor and all the accessory parts in 2 hours. Then he showed me everything I needed before he left - he was outstanding.

We needed a door and motor replacement. As advertised your staff was awesome and efficient. Our installer, Moises, did an fantastic job. He called ahead, arrived before the scheduled time and reviewed the system with us including all the options for use 4th our phones. He swept up all the debris, ours and his and took it with him. We have only had it for two days but it is so silent and works perfectly. Your Company is everything it advertises it is! We have worked with many companies on a variety of repairs, alterations and additions. You deserve a 6 star review!

Our technician was Phillip Nguyen and he was absolutely outstanding. He installed 2 garage door openers (for large and small doors, as well as the remote controls and the "My Q" app on our iPhones). He performed the service on March 15, 2023 and we apologize for the delay in providing this rating due to our traveling. But, we could not let his customer-focused attitude go without notice. He was meticulous and took extra care to ensure that we understood how to operate the doors and the app. We selected him, because of the narrative he provided on your website and customer ratings. My garage door stopped working and I suspected the spring was broken, Jose arrived 90 minutes after my initial phone call (which was at 7.30AM) and provided exceptional service. He quickly diagnosed the issue (spring), was very professional in explaining the trade offs to me and what he believed might serve me best in the long term. Kevin showed up shortly after I called. Because I have a heavy wood door, I took his recommendation to install an opener that could handle the weight. He was very efficient and installed everything perfectly. He explained how the opener operates and left the area very clean. I liked his confidence that the job would go well -- and it did. I was told to expect Paul but a guy named Kevin came instead and he told me he's only been working there for 3 months. He finished replacing both springs in 30 minutes but the door was very noisy. I asked him to lubricate the springs/door he said that would be an extra $199. I was charged $950 for replacing the springs, I feel that that should be included, it's just courtesy!

The visit was not helpful. He wasn’t even here 10 minutes for an opinion of what he could do or not do. So I had to pay the full service charge since he didn’t do a thing. I couldn’t get the 50% off I was hoping for. I won’t call you guys again. The bottom of the garage door in the center needs to be cut off a little or the cement in the middle of the garage floor needs to be grilled down. Not something your company can do.

Our drive motor gave out after more than 25 years. We called precision door service and they came out the same day and replaced our motor. Our service person, Brandon, was extremely friendly and competent. The new drive came with a motion sensor light and a panel attached to our garage so we can open it without the remote. We also got two remotes included and we purchased a third. Overall, we were very pleased with both the service and the product. I would highly recommend precision door.
