Precision Garage Door initially quoted us over $1,700 for the repairs. When we said the price was too high, the quote suddenly dropped to $1,000. It’s hard to understand how a repair can suddenly cost hundreds of dollars less unless the original estimate was significantly inflated. We got a second opinion and found another company that fixed every issue Precision Garage Door identified for $620 total. The entire experience left us feeling like the technician was trying to get my mother—who was home alone at the time—to pay far more than necessary. Whether that was the intention or not, the huge difference between the initial quote, the reduced quote, and the final repair cost made us lose confidence in the pricing. We strongly recommend getting multiple estimates before agreeing to any repairs.

My garage door opener failed after 30 plus years. I called Precision Door to come and replace the motor, I used them because several years ago I had another problem and Sheridan Abad come to do my repair. He was so courteous and assessed the situation and promptly repaired it. When the motor stopped working this time, I knew to call Precision Door and I asked for Sheridan. He quickly assed the situation and ordered the required new motor. He returned a day later and replaced the motor and everything is working perfectly The new motor is quieter and it runs smoothly. I hope nothing happens again but it it does, I will call Precision Door and ask for Sheridan

Earlier this morning, our garage door spring broke after my wife and daughter left for work and school. I decided to call Precision Garage Door Service, who had serviced our 2 garage doors about 5 years ago, and I’m really glad I did. Their representative recorded our issue and assured me that one of their technicians would be coming out, before the end of day, to investigate and address our problem. Fortunately for us, the Precision technician that was assigned to our call was Soukie Sing. Soukie quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through the steps that needed to be taken to fix our garage door problem and informed me that the spring was still under warranty. That's right - today's replacement of the garage door spring would be free of charge! Wow! Didn't see that coming. Before you know it, he had replaced our spring, inspected and lubricated all of the garage door's moving parts and checked the balance of the door. We now have a garage door that works as well as it did when first installed. This level of professionalism - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, is very hard to find these days. Way to go Precision Garage Door Service! Thank you Soukie.

Just had one of the technicians come over. Soukie ... He was very knowledgeable .. explained the problem I had with my door. It was the sensors. When I asked him questions about the door .. and how to best maintain it, etc. etc. He was very thorough in his response. And share his advice on how to best maintain it. Soukie was very professional and yet he was very warm and open. I felt very comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands and I could trust him. Overall Great Service, immediate response, and absolutely wonderful customer service.

I am impressed by the service offered by Precision starting with my call for help. Caleb called 30 minutes in advance, as promised. I was able to track his truck as he drove for the repair.
