Excellent customer service throughout entire process. Scheduling service was easy, and the technician (Joel) reached out to let me know when he was on his way. Tech did not try to up-sell, simply showed and explained the issue(s) with my door and opener. Joel was able to provide a price on the spot and once I agreed he repaired my door and installed a new opener on the spot. Joel did quality work and even made a few minor modification at my request. Great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

I first heard of Precision Garage Door on a catchy TV commercial. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a shot. Awesome service! Made a call Monday morning and a technician (Ian) came out in less than 2 hours! He did a full inspection, replaced my springs, and fixed my sagging door. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of any findings. Definitely recommended!

When our garage door opener failed suddenly, we called Precision. They sent out an installer the same day. He installed a new hi-tech opener in about 90 min and did a great job. I purchased a $3,000 garage door opener with new springs and included a warranty for three years . We called to get a few items fixed under warranty . The person arrived and spent 45 minutes lubricating the channel and getting the key pad to work . No materials were needs . He presented a $250 bill which my wife had to pay . We are rejecting this charge as no one explained this when we made the call therefore we reject this charge

Our garage door opener spring broke on a Sunday and our vehicle was stuck in the garage. We called Precision, having seen their commercials on TV, and booked service for Monday morning. Their service tech., Antonio, showed up promptly and gave us quotes for the recommended service. We opted for the recommended service and two hours later our garage door was operating like new. Antonio was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient in his work. We will call precision for any future garage door problems, and will recommend them to our friends.

We have a VERY old garage door that has been pretty reliable. Unfortunately, one of the sensors was damaged when some work was being done and the door would not close automatically. We found Precision Garage Door Service via Yelp. Beginning with our initial phone call, our needs were met, and even exceeded, by your staff. Laken answered our call and scheduled us for the following day. Mario and John were our technicians. They arrived within the stated timeframe and got right to work accessing the issue. The sensor was indeed the main problem. After talking with Mario we decided to also replace some of the rollers. He explained how the system works in a way that was easy to understand, but not condescending, which I appreciated. They worked extremely efficiently and quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to contact them in the future for any issues that arise.

I called to get an estimate because my garage door broke that morning... Maybe 40 minutes later my technician. Joel showed up (on time). I thought he was there to give me a quote but not only that he was ready to install... Price was fair and timing was incredible!! Maybe an hour and a half later the job was about done... But I must say Joel put in his personal touch and made some final adjustments... I must say great job and thank you. Joel and Precision!

I had a problem with my opener. Paul Brinkman was scheduled for the next day. He called ahead of time, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional and sure knew his stuff. My door was fixed and operational in less than an hour. I will call Precision the next time I need garage door service and request Paul.

Previously, we had a contractor from "an agency" come out to repair out garage door: the spring would not longer hold the door up. The problem was fixed, but I felt he did the minimum amount possible, i.e., the door stayed up like it is supposed to, but it squeaked loudly, which it did not do before the repair. Six months later, our door stopped working again, only worse, a cable broke. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door. This company sends their employees out, not a contractor. The repair was done with new parts (cables, new rollers, a new spring), plus the squeak is completely gone.
