Precision Garage Doors were first class. our door stopped working (with a loud crash!) at 11.00 in the morning and their technician was onsite with us 2.00 in the afternoon. turns out our overhead spring had broken - probably over a period of time, which made me wish i had taken the option of having periodic tune-ups! the technician replaced the spring, all the rollers, lubricated it, and all-in-all tuned it up! and when he left the door opening/closing was so much smoother and quieter. their tech was great - friendly, educational, and totally clear in explaining all the repair options ... big thank you to him ...

From the moment he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly assess our broken garage situation and clearly walk us through what was going on. He provided a few different solutions along with his professional recommendation, which was really appreciated. He was incredibly easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all our questions. What stood out most was how clearly he explained not only the issue, but also what we can do to help avoid problems in the future. The repair was handled efficiently and with great care. Soukie came out to inspect the garage door and provided a quote to replace the broken motor. Quote was within budget and decided to go with it. Soukie was prepared with the new motor and even replaced a bad hinge on the door. All in all they were in and out under 2 hours! Very impressed and happy to have a garage door that opens again. Soukie was also very professional and walked me through all the details before and after and was very professional.
