Precision Door Service was great. Paul Brinkman was great to work with. He did same-day service and worked within the constraints of our work schedule. He was clearly very knowledgeable about our garage door system and diagnosed the problem right away. He fixed the door efficiently and expeditiously, and even gave us some handy tips regarding operation of the door. (As a bonus, he also gave us some child-raising wisdom as a seasoned dad.) We would definitely use Precision, and Paul in particular, again.

We are trying to get estimates to replace our spring, hardware & door opener. Out of 4 companies I reached out to Precision Garage Doors is the only one to charge for this service. They want to charge a fee, about $69 to give an estimate! They said if we go with them there won’t be a fee. All Pro garage door, Haney garage door & Go pro garage door all give FREE estimates but not Precision garage doors! Needless to say I have cancelled our estimate appointment for tomorrow.

The service technician Phillip helped me access the problems with my garage. He reassured me that my plan of replacing the whole garage was better than fixing small problems when they happen. Phillip also informed me of the great prices Precision Garage Door had for a door install. I had a quote from another company that seemed way too high while precision garage door seemed more in my price range. My only regret is not going with them sooner.

I rarely leave reviews but on this occasion I was compelled to share the positive experience I had with a Precision Garage door technician by the name of Caleb Winchester. Caleb performed a text book service call that started with a 10am text, a same day 12:35 arrival. Once the problem was discovered Caleb offered us several repair options. Caleb provided a written quote for my review prior to starting the work and proceeded to complete the repair in 1 hour. The professionalism , knowledge and positive demeanor of Caleb Winchester is a great credit to the Precision Garage door company. Your team is lucky to have him. Phillip was our tech. He was here on the last call. He's very cheerful, friendly greeting, called me by my first name. Phillip adjusted the garage door opening exactly like I hoped to accommodate a larger car rear door opening. I told him the new car had not yet been paired to the garage door opener. He offered to do that, stating the cost. It was surprising to me his method was not shown on any of the YouTube Lexus pairing videos I looked at. Next time I need work done on the garage door I will surely request Philip be the tech assigned to my appointment. He's a real gem for your company to have.

Our very heavy, large wooden garage door broke last night and my car was stuck inside. Thankful service tech Brandon was able to come out today. Get my car out and fix everything that was wrong with our door. He had all the parts on him and was able to replace all the parts in 2 hours.

The service was professional and courteous. Paul is so knowledgeable and was able to quickly assess the problems and offer solutions for me to consider. A BIG thanks to Luis at Precision and their excellent technicians. Initially I had some issues with the installation of a new torsion spring on my garage door. Luis promptly contacted me and sent out a technician to take care of my concerns. Precision is reliable, professional and takes MOST excellent care of its customers. Their after sales service is FIVE (5) stars and TWO thumbs up.

I had Precision Door Service come out to fix my garage door after it suddenly stopped working. The technician was courteous, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue: a broken torsion spring and a wobbly roller. He initially quoted me nearly $1,500 to replace both torsion springs, the ball bearing, and all the rollers. That seemed high, especially since only one roller was wobbly. When I mentioned I was getting multiple estimates, he waived the service fee and gave me a revised quote for just replacing the two springs and one ball bearing — which I accepted. The final total was $779.85. The garage door now works well, and the technician did a professional job. However, I was surprised that the parts warranty was only 1 year, especially for premium powder-coated springs. Most companies offer 3–5 years for similar components, often at lower prices. While I appreciate the quick service, I’d recommend getting a second quote before committing. A longer warranty and more transparency upfront would have made this a 5-star experience.
