My PGD technician, Paulino, showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution and implemented it in about an hour. To my surprise he had the parts he needed in his truck even though our garage door opener is about 25 years old. The whole experience was excellent.

My technician Paul was absolutely fantastic! He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and showed up right on schedule. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He explained every step of the repair process in detail, offered multiple quotes so I could choose what worked best for me, and kept me informed throughout. I especially appreciated how he showed me exactly what was repaired and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Truly top-notch service!

I was really happy that this company was open 24/7 and the technician arrived very quickly, even though it was a Sunday. There was a little disagreement to start on what needed to be done, as he was insistent that we needed new parts. However, all we needed was for him to program the opener, remotes, and the car we just bought, and he finally did that. We were overcharged quite a bit, and this review originally was not a good one. However, the owner contacted me immediately and he made it right above and beyond what anyone would expect. I would use this company again.

Excellent from start to finish. I booked online late at night, it gives you a 4h appointment window for the next morning, the technician was there right on time (very beginning of the appointment window), assessed the work, gave me 3 different estimates with explanations, did the work, offered to teach me the maintenance procedure and followed through. The entire repair took less than 3 hours. The technician was very polite and personable, the invoice was itemized and it was very easy to understand, the whole experience was flawless, and my garage door works better than it did even before it broke. 10/10 would recommend.

After our car had a run-in with our garage door, we contacted Precision Garage Door. We made an appointment for an estimator to come out and give us an estimate to repair/replace our damaged garage door. After further discussion we determined that replacing the door was our best solution. Later that day, we received an estimate which we felt was acceptable and we accepted the estimate. Next, we were contacted by Tina who worked with us to establish a date for the replacement. We were then contacted by Solomon. Solomon contacted us 20 before his arrival (as was promised) arrived on time with all of the necessary parts and material. Total installation time was 2 hours. Each employee that we interacted with us was very professional; introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and the old door and tracks removed from our property. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. I didn't expect to get a service person out that day but called anyway to set something up for Monday. The person on the phone was very courteous and professional, booked us a 12:30-4:30 window for service THAT DAY! Paul Brinkman called with a tighter arrival window which was very appreciated. We were able to get some errands done and be home when he predicted he would arrive and he was very punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He gave us 2 estimates, explained everything and had the job completed in about an hour. We have never used another garage door repair company once we found Precision!

I realized that one of the springs on my garage door was broken when I attempted to manually lift the door during a power outage. The other “garage door service” companies told me that the earliest that they could come out was a week after my call. Four hours after I called Precision, their courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient technician left my house after performing a total upgrade to my 25+ year old garage door – two new springs, two new bearings, two new cables, two new cable drums, and ten new rollers with bearings. The technician also discussed the maintenance that I had been performing was correct. Very Happy Customer.
