Shout out to Phillip! Thank you SO much! We called this morning and by this afternoon our garage door was up and running! Phillip was very informative and thorough. Precision was so easy to deal with from the first call and making an appointment to post-installation. They showed up on time and no surprises regarding the pricing. Reasonable and no nonsense. Just the way I like it. We needed to rent our duplex within in short time span and Precision came thru. I would highly recommend them and would reuse them again.

I reschedule twice to have two garage doors replaced due to a delayed kitchen remodel project. This company was very professional handling the complexity. Jonathan called to let us know when he would arrive, did an assessment of the problem and got straight to work. He replaced the springs and then lubricated everything. Door works green now and one can barely hear it!

The technician called to tell me he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. He arrived within his estimate. He was polite and professional as he asked about the problems, and had me open and close the garage door so he could observe. Based on what I had told him, even before he observed the door working, he had zeroed in on the problem. I asked if the door should be oiled, and he said it was probably a good idea. He performed that task efficiently and tested the door. He didn't try to push additional services, and gave a realistic assessment of what I will probably need in the future based on the age of the opener, etc. I will certainly call Precision Garage Door whenever my door needs further work.

My daughter recommended you when my garage fell the day we were leaving. When we returned I called and you were able to make the appointment for the next day. I was expecting to be purchasing a new door but James was convinced he could fix it like new. He replaced the rollers , spring, cables and while there a new Lift Master opener. It works like new and we saved money by not buying a new door. Thank you for great service. We will highly recommend you at Precision.

I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for my garage door which was operating sluggish. Technician came on time and told me I needed all the hardware on my door needed to be replaced or have a new door installed. I asked the Precision technician if the door springs could be wound up a bit more to help out the door in the opening mode. The technician declined. The cost of the door hardware replacement was $1600.00 and a new door was $3200.00. After sleeping on this garage door issue, I called another business, which I've used before to take a look at my door. They came, wound both door springs, lubricated the screw drive shaft and the screw carrier/rails. The garage door opened and closed like new!

I found Precision Door Services in a 2019 Diamond Certified Directory. The company was not listed in the Buy Local phone book for Campbell, Los Gatos, & Saratoga.

We have today Jerry Parker repairing our garage door. He was on time(he called on his way and he was earlier than scheduled time). He is very knowledgeable and provide a lot of information on the work to be done and during the repair. I have called Precision Door Service before and always they have provided an excellent service but so far Jerry has been the best. I will definitely keep recommending this company.
