The installer was great. The equipment is a huge improvement over what we had. My only complaint is the pricing is wild. This little garage door service industry needs some transparency. It’s infuriating that they can’t offer any pricing guidelines or ballpark ranges. The fact that they can’t tell you that they don’t get out of bed for under a grand would just save us all a lot of stress. Fellow homeowners, I was quoted $3,400 for new springs, new belt driven opener and all new hardware except the track and door. Granted it was same day service backed by a large company that answers the phone… but for a two hour, one man job, it’s a hell of a markup. End of the day, jobs done, the guy was great… just wish the whole thing was more transparent.

Travis and Param were amazing. My garage door broke last night, and even though it was late, they scheduled me immediately and showed up first thing this morning. They diagnosed the issue, and walked me through all the repairs step by step. They replaced my torsion springs, rollers, and a rusted tube, and made sure my remotes were programmed before they left. They were patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. As a fellow veteran, I appreciated their respect and care. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you both!

Paul did a great job identifying the problem and resolving in less then 1.5 hours. He was able to quickly fix our garage door which would close due to what I thought was a bad roller. Unfortunately the garage door itself was bending in the middle. So he advised adding two brackets and upgrading the springs. Problem solved! He was very professional and worked without any problems.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding. I contacted them early Saturday morning due to a broken spring with my garage door. Within 5 minutes of speaking with them, a technician was assigned and dispatched to my house. The technician arrived when expected and within 1.5 hours had replaced both springs, the shaft bearings and one set of rollers on the door. He then took the time to readjust the garage door opener to account for the new springs and lubricated the screw drive mechanism. The garage door works better and is quieter than it has ever been in the 21 years I have lived in my house. Job well done!

I called on a Saturday thinking they would come out the coming week. When I called they said we could send some one out between 630 pm to 1030 pm that day. I was shocked. Paul and his helper showed up made an assessment looked at all of our equipment made suggestions of parts that need to be replaced. He explained why I accepted the proposal and they went to work. The garage door works amazing the quietest it’s ever been and most secure it’s ever been it broke On Saturday night and was repaired by Sunday Afternoon. They did a great job and they even got a bonus. My wife was making chocolate chip cookies at the time and gave them both a healthy helping. Thank you very much and I would recommend their service to anybody and everybody happy Sunday back into my garage.

We had an unexpected situation where our garage door stopped working on a Thursday, leaving us unable to get our car out and creating an emergency. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service that night around 9:00 PM and were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at a convenient time when we would be home. Our technician, Param, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He provided clear options, explained the work, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Although the service was on the pricey side, it was very dependable, and we’re glad we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. If it wasn’t so pricey, I would provided five stars, and again I am pleased with the service provided.

First of all the tech, Nathaniel came out on Saturday, same day at 4:30. Who does that? Nathanial laid out how the door should work. He explained how he would fix it, quoted his price with options and fixed it. I’ve always had good work done by Precision. This was no exception.
