Jonathan called to let us know when he would arrive, did an assessment of the problem and got straight to work. He replaced the springs and then lubricated everything. Door works green now and one can barely hear it!

The technician called to tell me he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. He arrived within his estimate. He was polite and professional as he asked about the problems, and had me open and close the garage door so he could observe. Based on what I had told him, even before he observed the door working, he had zeroed in on the problem. I asked if the door should be oiled, and he said it was probably a good idea. He performed that task efficiently and tested the door. He didn't try to push additional services, and gave a realistic assessment of what I will probably need in the future based on the age of the opener, etc. I will certainly call Precision Garage Door whenever my door needs further work.

Precision technician Kyle Baxter arrived on time, I found him to be very courteous, efficient and friendly. In no time he solved my garage door problem that would not close. My daughter recommended you when my garage fell the day we were leaving. When we returned I called and you were able to make the appointment for the next day. I was expecting to be purchasing a new door but James was convinced he could fix it like new. He replaced the rollers , spring, cables and while there a new Lift Master opener. It works like new and we saved money by not buying a new door. Thank you for great service. We will highly recommend you at Precision.

I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for my garage door which was operating sluggish. Technician came on time and told me I needed all the hardware on my door needed to be replaced or have a new door installed. I asked the Precision technician if the door springs could be wound up a bit more to help out the door in the opening mode. The technician declined. The cost of the door hardware replacement was $1600.00 and a new door was $3200.00. After sleeping on this garage door issue, I called another business, which I've used before to take a look at my door. They came, wound both door springs, lubricated the screw drive shaft and the screw carrier/rails. The garage door opened and closed like new!

Quick service (around 45 minutes), and Sheridan gave us 2 choices for repair of the garage door. We chose to save the replacement of cables until the next service. I found Precision Door Services in a 2019 Diamond Certified Directory. The company was not listed in the Buy Local phone book for Campbell, Los Gatos, & Saratoga.

This was a bait and switch scam. The claim their trip/service fees are low but then charged another $99 for a five minute programming fee for my elderly mother’s garage door opener. Will never recommend this company to anyone!!

The Precision Door Service installed our second garage door 5 years ago. They were very professional and personable. We had no problem with the door till early this morning. I had trouble opening the garage door and had to disengage it. They immediately booked a service in a same day. But it ended up nothing was wrong with the door but some insect blocked a sensor. We appreciated our service man, Jonathan coming all the way just to find a little spider in the sensor. THANK YOU!

I reschedule twice to have two garage doors replaced due to a delayed kitchen remodel project. This company was very professional handling the complexity. Moses then came and installed my new insulated doors in about 5 hours. The site was clean; the old debris removed; the installation professional; the hardware top shelf; the pricing great.
