I needed a replacement backup battery for my Liftmaster garage door opener. An appointment was available the next day, within a 4-hour window. I was told the technician would call about 15 minutes before his arrival. I didn't get a call, and just happened to look out my front window - the truck was parked in my neighbor's driveway across the street! I walked over and said um... I think you're at the wrong house. :-) Happy that he showed up in the early part of that 4-hour window, and the job was finished quickly. I expected to pay more for the part than if I ordered it myself, but it was 4 times the cost of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Amazon. That seems a bit extreme, but happy to get it fixed.

Terrible experience! Stay away from Paulino M and this company. I could barely understand what he was talking about. He made a poor problem diagnosis and suggested replacing the springs, rollers, pulleys, and wires to fix my garage door problem. After I paid him $1700, the door could not close. He told me then that I need to replace the opener and left me with the problems that he did not diagnose at the beginning. So I paid for the things that were totally unnecessary. He is using his hammer loosely, hit the door trim twice unnecessarily and broke it. Terrible. Terrible!. How these people qualify to work? Stay away from this place, don't take their quote and diagnosis. Totally unqualified! Zero stars.

This company is amazing. Once discovering our broken malfunctioning garage door, we called Precision based on other reviews and they were right on. They understood the problem and were there to repair it on a Sunday no less. Mario, our service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and understood the issue. He offered us various choices of repair and once we selected what we thought was best, he was on it!!! He repaired it perfectly and it works better and quieter than the original door. We're thrilled with the repair and this company and Mario. Don't hesitate to call them. I feel so blessed I found a reputable, honest and trustworthy company . The Best!!!

I’m happily sitting in my car after going to church, which required me to open and close my garage door then open and close it again when I came home. Your technician, Mario, came to my house this afternoon to repair my inconsistently operating garage door. He found the problem, repaired it and gave my Lift Master door a badly overdue servicing with a bit of an update on some parts, my door is operating properly. When I discovered a broken spring on my garage door I call the company I last used for repairs. They couldn’t come for four days! I hung up and called Precision. One of the springs on our roll up door became broken. Called Precision from seeing their commercials on tv. Paul B showed up on time the next morning. Reviewed the broken springs and recommended replacing the bearings and rollers. Granted the door was over 20 years old and I knew, it needed some attention. Paul was courteous and honest and completed the work within the 2 hour time frame that he said. The door works like new again. I advise Paul B that I would use Precision again, when another problem comes up. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. Bill D.

Mario called about 30 minutes of arrival. He checked over my problem and said a bracket was bent and broken and that 10 rollers were not doing their job. He replaced all 10 of them and the bracket and greased up the screw drive and hinges. He was neat, polite, and informed me exactly what the problem was. The door worked well after servicing and was noticeably more quiet when opening and closing. Job well done! You have a great employee. Thank you, Ken....
