Spring popped on my garage door after 10 years of use. Paul arrived on time and was able to provide 3 options/estimates for the repair/upgrade to my garage door. After I chose one, he proceeded to do the repair to my complete satisfaction. He also made suggestions for proper maintenance. He was friendly and very professional. Service technician is professional and he was constrained per company policy on parts pricing. There is huge mark up for the price of parts to 10x. I am surprised bearings cost $303 + tax for torsion tubes when the cost for a pair with mounting with highest quality is just under $20. This is a rip off, anyone can replace those within 30 mins with ease. I don't doubt the service quality but parts markup is 10x which is huge and will refrain from these services with your company period. Spring cost is $300 per spring is rip off, I am surprised are you offering a part which is military standard like what is done in parts for space crafts and just offering only 30K cycles which is highest standard for residential garages currently. I will refrain from your company, and regret have to get service from your company and had been ripped off. I will give caution to senior citizens where with friendly technicians will be taken for a good time ride with huge $$$ drain for a simple service. I give a high rating for your technicians professional work despite being ripped off with over $1110.00 for a simple service.

The technician that serviced our garage door was Paul Brinkman. He upgraded our obsolete LiftMaster garage door opener with a new model, complete with wall control panel, sensors, new quiet rollers, keyless entry, remotes and basic operation, and training on new technology and safety features. He was friendly, professional and efficient throughout installation. He did an excellent job, represented the company well and I recommend him based on his working knowledge, skills and customer service.

The service was okay, the spring was rewound (no new parts) and the door was put back on the tracks What I did not like was the pushy service to spend 2k+ on replacing a perfectly good door. The tech kept telling me this will fail soon and said good luck when leaving. I don't need nylon wheels etc. which he was trying to sell me. The servicing also did not do any maintenance on the track or gears by adding grease etc. When I replaced the capacitor for maintenance, I also checked the gears, and they were dry, so I added grease myself. The kicker was that the door did come off the rails a month or 2 later. The cause was not the door rather the rails that was not tightened to the wall after it was loosened to adjust. I put the door back and tightened the screws to the wall. All is good now.

Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived on time. He was very patient explaining the problem to me. As my garage door was 12 years old. The torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced; so were the bearings. The rollers need to be upgraded. He did all that and fine tuned the garage door operation in an hour or so, and all by himself. He was very courteous and professional. My very old garage door opener finally quit working. I was pretty sure the opener was not fixable plus it was 26 years old & had not been working properly for months. After reading the advertisements in the paper & seeing the commercials on TV. I decided to call Precision for an appointment. I was sure I needed a new garage door opener but I also wanted to get an evaluation on how to bring my garage door into the 21st century. I made an appointment online for Monday 7/15 between 8am-12noon. Brandon called me at 9:00am & told me he was on the way to my house. Brandon Brooks arrived at 9:30. He was friendly, courteous, & professional. He evaluated my situation and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a fair price so I agreed to have him do the suggested work. Brandon started working immediately--2 1/2 hours later the job was fully done. New garage door opener, new key pads, new remotes, & more. The garage door works fantastic now! A big thanks to "5 star" Brandon Brooks! Brandon was very personable & easy to talk to through-out the installation. I had an excellent experience with Precision, and highly recommend technician Brandon Brooks.

Excellent customer service throughout entire process. Scheduling service was easy, and the technician (Joel) reached out to let me know when he was on his way. Tech did not try to up-sell, simply showed and explained the issue(s) with my door and opener. Joel was able to provide a price on the spot and once I agreed he repaired my door and installed a new opener on the spot. Joel did quality work and even made a few minor modification at my request. Great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

The repair was done very well, the tech educated me on the operation of my garage door and I now have a better door than before. Our garage door opener spring broke on a Sunday and our vehicle was stuck in the garage. We called Precision, having seen their commercials on TV, and booked service for Monday morning. Their service tech., Antonio, showed up promptly and gave us quotes for the recommended service. We opted for the recommended service and two hours later our garage door was operating like new. Antonio was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient in his work. We will call precision for any future garage door problems, and will recommend them to our friends.

I called to get an estimate because my garage door broke that morning... Maybe 40 minutes later my technician. Joel showed up (on time). I thought he was there to give me a quote but not only that he was ready to install... Price was fair and timing was incredible!! Maybe an hour and a half later the job was about done...
