Precision was absolutely the best. They answered the call quickly and I was scheduled right away. Jose the repairman was on time. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He took time to go over all my options and point out any situations with my existing garage door. Kevin showed up shortly after I called. Because I have a heavy wood door, I took his recommendation to install an opener that could handle the weight. He was very efficient and installed everything perfectly. He explained how the opener operates and left the area very clean. I liked his confidence that the job would go well -- and it did. Great service! This is the second time I have used Precision Door and have been very pleased with their products, service, and technicians. I recommend them for your garage door needs.

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of the day and we called Precision to see if a technician could come in the morning as we had a construction crew needing the garage in the morning. Kevin arrived promptly in the morning and repaired the door, efficiently and courteously. I had a previous visit and was happy with it. When my opener started having problems I called the company. They sent out a very competent technician and he did the instalation. He was very friendly and answered all my question. I would let him work on my opener anytime.

What an outstanding job Paul Brickman did with our 37-year-old failing garage door and intermittent opener/mechanism! The original opener was installed when we built our home, with minimum to no maintenance done thereafter. I'm so pleased that I found “Precision Garage Door Co. in our Santa Clara “Diamond Certified Directory” They set up an appointment for the very next day. Paul, our technician, arrived at our home on time and explained what needed to be done either for a temporary fix or to replace the mechanism completely with all the new parts needed. Paul took the time to show me the worn-out parts, explain why they should be replaced and to answer all the technical questions I had. My wife and I agreed to do the project the “RIGHT WAY” and Paul got started. He had all the necessary parts on his truck without going back to the warehouse. When he had finished the installation, Paul took the time to explain to my wife and me the operation and safety features of the newly installed opener. I’m sure our repair took longer than he expected as he left around 11:15 PM. I would unquestionably recommend “Precision Garage Door Co” to anyone needing garage door repairs.
