Paul Brinkman did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener (motor), cables, rollers, panel, etc., and also completed some maintenance procedures. He was very thorough and informative. Paul answered all my questions clearly and even showed me how to use the panel correctly.

Mario called about 30 minutes of arrival. He checked over my problem and said a bracket was bent and broken and that 10 rollers were not doing their job. He replaced all 10 of them and the bracket and greased up the screw drive and hinges. He was neat, polite, and informed me exactly what the problem was. The door worked well after servicing and was noticeably more quiet when opening and closing. Job well done! You have a great employee. Thank you, Ken....

Phillip Nguy?n completed repairs on the two car garage door of my rental and installed new operator, etc. Phillip was very skilled and knowledgeable in his craft. Thought it was a bit expensive for not replacing any parts and taking only 10-15 minutes to do. I could barely understand Mejia Paul. Am glad the door is fixed, however!

Very fast, efficient service, if a little expensive. I called on a Tuesday and the springs, cable, rollers, etc. were all replaced in short order on Wednesday. The technician arrived early in the appointment window and finished the job in under two hours. Also had a good experience talking to the customer service reps., who were all polite, helpful, spoke clearly, etc. Note the availability of a service fee coupon this web site (scroll down).

Can't thank Pat Pendergrass enough for the help, advice and professionalism of his work. Only a few days before Christmas we had myriad of issues going on at my elderly father's home. Fixing a garage door that wasn't opening was the least of my worries, but was an issue that quickly needed to be addressed. Pat gave me reasonable options on how he could go about fixing, ultimately deciding replacing the opener altogether was the best bang for my buck. Really appreciated his professionalism and follow through with me.

The work was done neatly and on time. The only problem I had was that the outside control pad used to open and close the door was not working properly. I called your customer service and they said that they would contact the person, Paul Brinkman, who did the installation. Since it was in the evening and Paul had been working all day, I expected that the work would be done the next day. I was surprised when he called and said that he'd be over as soon as he finished the last scheduled job for that evening. Now there's a worker who is dedicated to his work and and his customers. He arrived that evening and did the necessary adjustments and all was well. It is so great to have a company with workers who show much pride in their work.

I wish there was more than 5 star that I can give it to your serviceman Brandon, He installed a new garage opener about 8 month ago in our house in San Jose, which suddenly stopped working and we needed a quick response to our problem. Highly recommended. Same day service. No hassle, no BS, no crazy charge. One of the most seamless processes I ever ran into. If one ever had a garage door issue, they may feel that kind of urgency. So I called in the morning, tech stopped by in the afternoon. His name is James. To me he is the model employee that every company who wants to grow should hire. He took care of it as his own garage door and came up with the work proposal which is efficient from both cost and time's point of view. James finished the work and made it look easy like flipping a switch. Check out how many five stars they got on Google. Gonna be a reason. Either they are pretty lucky or they are really good. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.
