Our garage door opener spring broke on a Sunday and our vehicle was stuck in the garage. We called Precision, having seen their commercials on TV, and booked service for Monday morning. Their service tech., Antonio, showed up promptly and gave us quotes for the recommended service. We opted for the recommended service and two hours later our garage door was operating like new. Antonio was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient in his work. We will call precision for any future garage door problems, and will recommend them to our friends.

We have a VERY old garage door that has been pretty reliable. Unfortunately, one of the sensors was damaged when some work was being done and the door would not close automatically. We found Precision Garage Door Service via Yelp. Beginning with our initial phone call, our needs were met, and even exceeded, by your staff. Laken answered our call and scheduled us for the following day. Mario and John were our technicians. They arrived within the stated timeframe and got right to work accessing the issue. The sensor was indeed the main problem. After talking with Mario we decided to also replace some of the rollers. He explained how the system works in a way that was easy to understand, but not condescending, which I appreciated. They worked extremely efficiently and quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to contact them in the future for any issues that arise.

I called to get an estimate because my garage door broke that morning... Maybe 40 minutes later my technician. Joel showed up (on time). I thought he was there to give me a quote but not only that he was ready to install... Price was fair and timing was incredible!! Maybe an hour and a half later the job was about done... But I must say Joel put in his personal touch and made some final adjustments... I must say great job and thank you. Joel and Precision!

I had a problem with my opener. Paul Brinkman was scheduled for the next day. He called ahead of time, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional and sure knew his stuff. My door was fixed and operational in less than an hour. I will call Precision the next time I need garage door service and request Paul.

I chose Precision because I had seen their ad on TV. Their website said they we open 24 hours and I needed my garage door fixed immediately. The appointment was set for the next morning; Raul called to tell me he was on his way, he arrived early, was friendly, professional and got right to work. Pricing was a little high, but he did replace a lot of things. He was done in about 3 hours and I now have a new and quiet garage door opener. All in all I was very happy with my experience with Precision.

The charge was twice the quoted value. The quote was $380 and the charge was more than $800. This bait and switch is not fair or legal. You should give me a fair refund.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The tech inspected the garage door and gave three options in the order of cost that would require to fix it. He could not provide the exact reason for the malfunctioning of the door. First option he gave had a quick change of programming required which he boasted as if the door is going to require a lot of effort and time to fix it. He spent less than 10 minutes in reprogramming and charged $335 for this. Extremely disappointed by this and would not recommend your company to anyone. I’m also going to post a public review.

Precision had installed my garage door in 2016 and it is still perfect. It was my very old opener that finally failed after 19 years and Precision was my go to for a replacement. If I could give 10 stars I would ! I had a basic service call and from the beginning felt as if I was a valued customer. Very professional from the phone call making the appointment (and was offered same day service !)- to the call notifying me the tech was on his way. Both technicians were knowledgeable and explained what i needed and showed me things about my opener that would be good to know should I have an emergency. Then they did an excellent job putting on a trim on the bottom of the door that I needed - with PRECISION ! 10 star service !!

Paul was very friendly and professional. He explained everything as he went along. Antonio cleaned up as he went, so that when he was finished, he simply put his tools away and was able to drive away.
