The service was okay, the spring was rewound (no new parts) and the door was put back on the tracks What I did not like was the pushy service to spend 2k+ on replacing a perfectly good door. The tech kept telling me this will fail soon and said good luck when leaving. I don't need nylon wheels etc. which he was trying to sell me. The servicing also did not do any maintenance on the track or gears by adding grease etc. When I replaced the capacitor for maintenance, I also checked the gears, and they were dry, so I added grease myself. The kicker was that the door did come off the rails a month or 2 later. The cause was not the door rather the rails that was not tightened to the wall after it was loosened to adjust. I put the door back and tightened the screws to the wall. All is good now.

Great service done. I called in the morning. The job done in the afternoon at the same day. She told me the estimated fee when I made an appointment on phone. It's good. Our garage door was getting stuck at a fixed location while opening. I contacted Precision Door service and was told that a tech would come between 12-4 pm. The tech, Paul Brinkman, came after 5:30 pm. He told that the two springs and 3 bearings need to be replaced and would cost $1031.66. This would normally have cost much less than even half of this amount. However, since I had already waited long enough, I just wanted to be over with the repair... Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived on time. He was very patient explaining the problem to me. As my garage door was 12 years old. The torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced; so were the bearings. The rollers need to be upgraded. He did all that and fine tuned the garage door operation in an hour or so, and all by himself. He was very courteous and professional. My very old garage door opener finally quit working. I was pretty sure the opener was not fixable plus it was 26 years old & had not been working properly for months. After reading the advertisements in the paper & seeing the commercials on TV. I decided to call Precision for an appointment. I was sure I needed a new garage door opener but I also wanted to get an evaluation on how to bring my garage door into the 21st century. I made an appointment online for Monday 7/15 between 8am-12noon. Brandon called me at 9:00am & told me he was on the way to my house. Brandon Brooks arrived at 9:30. He was friendly, courteous, & professional. He evaluated my situation and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a fair price so I agreed to have him do the suggested work. Brandon started working immediately--2 1/2 hours later the job was fully done. New garage door opener, new key pads, new remotes, & more. The garage door works fantastic now! A big thanks to "5 star" Brandon Brooks! Brandon was very personable & easy to talk to through-out the installation. I had an excellent experience with Precision, and highly recommend technician Brandon Brooks.

Excellent customer service throughout entire process. Scheduling service was easy, and the technician (Joel) reached out to let me know when he was on his way. Tech did not try to up-sell, simply showed and explained the issue(s) with my door and opener. Joel was able to provide a price on the spot and once I agreed he repaired my door and installed a new opener on the spot. Joel did quality work and even made a few minor modification at my request. Great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

Made a call Monday morning and a technician (Ian) came out in less than 2 hours! He did a full inspection, replaced my springs, and fixed my sagging door. I purchased a $3,000 garage door opener with new springs and included a warranty for three years . We called to get a few items fixed under warranty . The person arrived and spent 45 minutes lubricating the channel and getting the key pad to work . No materials were needs . He presented a $250 bill which my wife had to pay . We are rejecting this charge as no one explained this when we made the call therefore we reject this charge
