Our garage door was getting stuck at a fixed location while opening. I contacted Precision Door service and was told that a tech would come between 12-4 pm. The tech, Paul Brinkman, came after 5:30 pm. He told that the two springs and 3 bearings need to be replaced and would cost $1031.66. This would normally have cost much less than even half of this amount. However, since I had already waited long enough, I just wanted to be over with the repair... Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived on time. He was very patient explaining the problem to me. As my garage door was 12 years old. The torsion spring was broken and needed to be replaced; so were the bearings. The rollers need to be upgraded. He did all that and fine tuned the garage door operation in an hour or so, and all by himself. He was very courteous and professional. My very old garage door opener finally quit working. I was pretty sure the opener was not fixable plus it was 26 years old & had not been working properly for months. After reading the advertisements in the paper & seeing the commercials on TV. I decided to call Precision for an appointment. I was sure I needed a new garage door opener but I also wanted to get an evaluation on how to bring my garage door into the 21st century. I made an appointment online for Monday 7/15 between 8am-12noon. Brandon called me at 9:00am & told me he was on the way to my house. Brandon Brooks arrived at 9:30. He was friendly, courteous, & professional. He evaluated my situation and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a fair price so I agreed to have him do the suggested work. Brandon started working immediately--2 1/2 hours later the job was fully done. New garage door opener, new key pads, new remotes, & more. The garage door works fantastic now! A big thanks to "5 star" Brandon Brooks! Brandon was very personable & easy to talk to through-out the installation. I had an excellent experience with Precision, and highly recommend technician Brandon Brooks.

Excellent customer service throughout entire process. Scheduling service was easy, and the technician (Joel) reached out to let me know when he was on his way. Tech did not try to up-sell, simply showed and explained the issue(s) with my door and opener. Joel was able to provide a price on the spot and once I agreed he repaired my door and installed a new opener on the spot. Joel did quality work and even made a few minor modification at my request. Great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

I first heard of Precision Garage Door on a catchy TV commercial. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a shot. Awesome service! Made a call Monday morning and a technician (Ian) came out in less than 2 hours! He did a full inspection, replaced my springs, and fixed my sagging door. He was very professional and kept me in the loop of any findings. Definitely recommended!

I purchased a $3,000 garage door opener with new springs and included a warranty for three years . We called to get a few items fixed under warranty . The person arrived and spent 45 minutes lubricating the channel and getting the key pad to work . No materials were needs . He presented a $250 bill which my wife had to pay . We are rejecting this charge as no one explained this when we made the call therefore we reject this charge

The repair was done very well, the tech educated me on the operation of my garage door and I now have a better door than before. Our garage door opener spring broke on a Sunday and our vehicle was stuck in the garage. We called Precision, having seen their commercials on TV, and booked service for Monday morning. Their service tech., Antonio, showed up promptly and gave us quotes for the recommended service. We opted for the recommended service and two hours later our garage door was operating like new. Antonio was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient in his work. We will call precision for any future garage door problems, and will recommend them to our friends.

We have a VERY old garage door that has been pretty reliable. Unfortunately, one of the sensors was damaged when some work was being done and the door would not close automatically. We found Precision Garage Door Service via Yelp. Beginning with our initial phone call, our needs were met, and even exceeded, by your staff. Laken answered our call and scheduled us for the following day. Mario and John were our technicians. They arrived within the stated timeframe and got right to work accessing the issue. The sensor was indeed the main problem. After talking with Mario we decided to also replace some of the rollers. He explained how the system works in a way that was easy to understand, but not condescending, which I appreciated. They worked extremely efficiently and quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to contact them in the future for any issues that arise.

I called to get an estimate because my garage door broke that morning... Maybe 40 minutes later my technician. Joel showed up (on time). I thought he was there to give me a quote but not only that he was ready to install... Price was fair and timing was incredible!! Maybe an hour and a half later the job was about done... Great service done. I called in the morning. The job done in the afternoon at the same day. She told me the estimated fee when I made an appointment on phone. It's good. The technician provided estimations with three options from minimum, better to best and the prices for each option. It's clear without any hiden price. The problem solved after service was done. I thinks the technician is Armando who did good job for me. Thanks !
