Sheridan showed up and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He offered me three options and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each option which was very helpful. We agreed on the best option and he started the work and was done in what I thought was very fast! He was very open to explaining what he was doing and why and went out of his way to answer my questions. Precision Door is lucky to have such a valuable employee!!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke at an inopportune time. I was able to schedule a repair with Precision the next afternoon! Michael, the service technician who was assigned to my repair, arrived at my home on time within the scheduled time block. I especially liked being notified when he was on his way, and having the ability to track his progress on my phone via a link provided by Precision. Michael was friendly, professional, and a skilled technician. He quickly inspected my garage door and offered a couple of different repair options. He did not try to hard-sell additional parts or services above what was necessary to complete the repair option I chose. He had all the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished the repair sooner than I expected. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. I’d give them 5 stars all day!

Nathaniel was right on time for the appointment. He was pleasant and began asking questions on the issues I was having. He took it from there, basically going through all aspects of my garage door opener. He explained the issues, showed me how old the pertinent parts were and wrote a quote. I agreed and he proceeded to repair my garage door. Turned out he missed a couple of bad parts which he replaced at no cost! The job was completed in less than two hours and done correctly. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Precision Garage Door. The best!

An all around excellent experience with a very professional company. Our technician Aaron Butcher is highly experienced and is wonderful to work with. He explained every detail about our new garage door opener and springs. He was very honest and communicated clearly with us about how to maintain our new opener and when to service the unit and garage door parts. He further was patient with us and was very clear with the options we had and the costs involved. Despite the conditions of 110 degrees in our garage he was methodical in installing our unit. Very fair pricing and new factory parts. My husband and I are very pleased with Precision and their terrific employee Aaron Butcher. Precision is now our go to garage repair company and we highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs. Thank you and 5 STARS
