We backed. the car out too soon and the car hit the bottom of the garage door causing one of the rollers off the track. As a result, the garage door could no longer to be closed. Called thr Prission Garage Door in the evening and was told a tech will come between 10 am and 2 pm next day. Actually, a tech came the next day at 10 am. Fixed the problem in 30 minutes! The tech was very polite and knowledgeable.

What I can say…. Unfortunately my garage door stopped working due to a broken spring ($85) spring price but the guy who came representing this company suggested replace booth springs and one cable for the amount of $1285 dollars. At the end he just replaced 2 spring in 1/2 hour for $750. They know my car was in the garage and I was meddling it. I think their prices are extremely expensive. I don’t recommend this company because their dishonesty and scamming opportunistic sistem. After I expressed them my opinion they call me more then five times to refund me some money. I never accepted the refund but I toll them I will write a review. WARNING WARNING WARNING

On Christmas Eve, with a house full of guests, my garage door broke. I called Precision, and Steve arrived in 20 minutes, gave me a quote and fixed the door, all while I carried on with hosting my guests. Nothing in life happens this easily, but it did. Steve was fabulous, and I recommend Precision to anyone. They were amazing, really.

It was a Saturday afternoon and the garage door had stalled-out trying to open the door. I had previously installed insulation and it added too much weight for the old springs to handle. I expected to make an appointment and wait for the technician at some future date. Nope! That same day they had a very courteous and professional technician show-up, listen to what I knew about the issue and do a thorough inspection. No pressure - he just explained the issue and let me decide how to proceed. He replaced the springs and pulley bearings (it was installed back in the 80s) properly tensioned them all within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the workmanship and now the door works flawlessly.

We had unexpected failure of our garage opener. I called and was able to get appointment same day. Nathan diagnosed problem fast. With 25 yr opener decided to replace. Fair price in my opinion though no time to compare. Install quick. I would use this company again for sure.

My garage door got stuck on a Friday at 6 PM, and I called Precision Garage Door right away. I expected to get an answering machine, but a real person answered and scheduled a technician for the next morning at 10 AM. I was so impressed! Paul arrived exactly at 10 AM as promised and had the door fixed by 12:30. Paul was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
