My garage door spring broke and I needed to get it fixed right away. I chose Precision because they answered the phone right away (rather than having me leave a message) and they were able to send someone out the same day. The mechanic who replaced the spring, Joel, was very professional and friendly. He called when he was on his way and showed up in a nice truck. Even though I had an odd-sized door that was 20 years old, he had all the parts with him. The experience from start to finish told me that this is a well-run, customer oriented company. I can not comment on the price because I did not comparison shop, but it seemed reasonable.

I saw your advertisement recently on t.v., but had called for service some years ago and remembered having a good experience. Mario Mojica called before he came and arrived within the time he said he would. He was very professional and very competent and a very nice young man. Excellent. Five Stars for sure.

Professional service from the moment I gave them a call on a weekend. Someone responded to my call right away and set up an appointment within a few days. The serviceman showed up at the time of the appointment, told us what issues we had with our garage doors and the cost, and fixed them right away.

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of the day and we called Precision to see if a technician could come in the morning as we had a construction crew needing the garage in the morning. Kevin arrived promptly in the morning and repaired the door, efficiently and courteously. He outlined the condition of other components of the garage door and we will be using this company in the future when we do the remaining upgrades. Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened. Instead of an unbalanced door that creaked, strained horribly and groaned mercilessly, it hums like a kitten now. Woohoo! Thank you so very much! Cathy

I placed the repair request Sunday evening. Monday morning the installer called me advising me that he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. He evaluated the condition of the garage door and the garage door opening mechanism. After that, he gave me an honest appraisal of the recommended work that should be performed. He replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, and generally serviced the garage door. The installer was very polite and extremely efficient in the performance of his work.

What can I say. They where on time, friendly, knew what they where doing. I felt for all the work they had to do the price was was good. Before work was started I was given three quotes. Before the young man left everything was cleaned up and he answered all our questions. Yes we would use them again.

I've been getting your commercials on radio and TV for weeks now and when my garage for failed on Friday, knowing that it was at least passed any warrantee I just called PGD. Your service man was here the next day and knew exactly what to do to replace mine that had provided better than 25 yeas of faithful service. He was pleasant and efficient and explained every step in the process. Only Issue I have with your service is that he didn't leave an invoice or copy of my paid receipt. In stead he said one would be sent by email and when it came by email the next day in order for me to get a copy it meant installing another program and being 84 and not being a computer whiz could to get a receipt and had to call in and request one be sent by the US mail, and I am still waiting for its arrival.

Our tech Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame quoted, he was very professional and informative about what we needed. He gave us three different quotes to help us decided what was best for us. He did an amazing job at installing our new motor and left our garage the exact same way he found it. Very very expensive and up sell by the company. I had my torsion spring to be replaced and they suggested adding a few more things such as cable, drums, rollers, center plate etc. I agreed since I thought it was good to have it anyway. The quote came out at 1600+.! It was pretty high I thought but didn't do a check to see what it costs since I thought the company was honest based on the 5 star reviews in Google. But soon after the work started, I did a quick online search for the part cost and also read many Yelp reviews and was shocked to see how much these people over charge customers. Overall parts cost for fairly higher end parts comes out a little under 300 dollars. Adding an hour of labor, it should have been in the ball park of 500 dollars. Whereas the company charged 3x. A total rip-off and I greatly repent my decision of going ahead without doing a bit of diligence . Suggest others to be aware of what you get into with this company.
