I had the pleasure of having Paul work on my garage today from Precision. From start to finish I appreciated all the communication from Precision. I scheduled with someone on chat and got an appointment the next day. Upon Paul's arrival he quickly did a walkthrough of everything and diagnosed the main issue and some other supplemental things. I had a great discussion with him about the pros and cons of all the various work proposed. I never felt pressured or mislead during out conversation. Which is always a relief. Paul told me how long the work would take after we agreed with the planned work and he executed on time and did a fantastic job. If you have a chance to work with Paul I can't recommend him enough.

Wow! I haven't had great service like this in a long time. We called Precision Garage to fix our wonky door that was sounding really loud and not opening and closing consistently. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Brandon, our Garage mechanic came and very quickly diagnosed several issues originating with the incorrect install of the garage door when the house was built 10 years ago! It was clear he had tons of experience and was able to see exactly what was wrong in about 2 minutes. A mis-installed track and incorrect sensor brackets were causing the motor to work too hard and created bending in the lift arm and excessive wear and tear on the rollers. Brandon reinstalled the track, straightened out the lift arm, replaced the rollers, replace the sensor brackets with the correct brackets, and re-lubed all the mechanical elements. He also identified a gap in the garage door that explained our recent mouse problems. Incredible! Thank you so much to Precision Garage!

They are overpriced and seems to charge a lot more. Another issue, I found there time window to arrive and message when they actually arrive is way off. I received message that technician is on it way at 1:30 pm but actual time when he arrived was 4:00 pm. Also I had to call there office to follow up multiple times to check the eta. The technician was good and did basic check and replace springs but they charged me way more than other competitors.

March 2026 Update: Since last month’s garage door tune up, I accidentally hit my garage door with my car! Once again, I called Precision Garage Door and once again, they took good care of me. I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door highly enough!! :) February 2026: I took advantage of Precision Garage Door’s (PGD) $69 garage door tune-up special. This was my second PGD service call and my second fabulous experience! This time my technician was Paul. Paul was friendly, polite, and professional. He tuned my garage door and even got my door lights working again. He took the time to explain why my garage door was making so much noise and then emailed a quote for the work that would correct the problem. Thank you, Paul! I like this company and highly recommend them!
