Stay far away from this company. My parents have used them twice and each time the tech tries to upsell them on replacing every component rather than just fixing the issue. The most recent visit was for a deteriorating belt. Instead of the necessary $300 repair, the tech's recommendation was to replace everything except the garage door for over $4,000. When I refused the upsell, he then refused to just replace the belt. He falsely claimed that the law stipulates that a belt failure requires that the opener be replaced with one that has battery backup. This is patently false. SB969 allows for replacement of the belt without upgrading to a battery-backed system. Not only are their techs selling unnecessary services to customers, they are lying about legal requirements to coerce customers into accepting their upsell. Dishonest crooks. Stay far away from these guys.

Our garage door was serviced by Paul. He arrived on time and quickly assessed our issues. We replaced an old Genie opener with a Liftmaster. He also replaced the springs and the rollers. His attention to detail, and perseverance to get the door running smoothly were commendable. The quote was higher than I expected, but maybe you get what you pay for.

Nathaniel was the technician and he did a great job of replacing all peripherals on my 20 yo garage door including the motor. He also helped me program the car and new motor to the camera; and it also came with an external keypad as well as MyQ ready! He was pleasant and professional which goes a long way. I called late on Saturday and they were available Sunday which is fantastic because it was a weekend. I will certainly continue doing business with Precision. The cost for everything was well within the expectation and again..job well done! ...satisfied customer!

I had a broken spring on one of my garages’ doors, and hearing many times in TV and radio about Precise Garage doors, I didn’t hesitate calling them to fix the broken spring. Of course, they did a good job, clean work, solid materials. Soukie who did the job was very professional and he recommended also replacing all the ball bearings on the spring pole and I commends them for that as part of a complete job. The only take against them is their price. When I did a quick research on how much it should cost for spring replacement, I found that they charged me about double the average price out there. I am hoping that this pays for its long live with the warranty the provide. So overall I am satisfied, despite the high price I ended up paying for such a contained job.
