Jose and Anthony came in to my house to fix the garage door. They have answered all related questions pertinent to possible causes of the breakdown of the spring that holds the garage door. Jose also discussed the service fees and other option to make the payment affordable .. Jose and Anthony were able to complete the job in less than 40 minutes . I was able to open the garage door once again without any problem. Jose even find time to teach me how to properly maintain the garage door by applying lubricant and rust preventative spray to help the garage last longer . I am very grateful for their excellent service.

Soukie was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explained the issue to the customer and was very kind and polite throughout the service. He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

The selection of doors to choose from are very good and the quality of my (insulated garage door) install was handled by very experienced techs. The installers made every effort to fit the door and controller/motor precisely to the opening. The only delay was caused by a manufacture error to the cut size of the door on the initial attempted install schedule. ( My opening was not standard , as many homes have less than a 16' finished jam). Precision Garage door re-ordered the door to the proper cut size to fit my opening. This involved an extra few weeks of wait time but they completed the installation without any further complication thereafter. Thanks to everyone at Precision Door for placing a priority on getting my door hung fast, as soon as the correct door was made. Advice to anyone considering a New or Replacement Garage Door.....Measure twice, Cut once.!! and Order 2 months before you want installation. That will ensure the process goes smoothly.

When first meeting with me, Jose introduced himself with a genuine smile. Something that is unique today. While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts.
