I had the perfect experience with Precision last weekend. We hired them to replace 3 garage doors at a business for us in San Mateo and needed the work done on a Saturday. They showed up early, they had all the right supplies, removed our old 3 doors, replaced everything and got all 3 done in one day. They hauled away the old doors and hardware for us as well. Amazing service, amazing communication and they did exactly what they promised. Great job, Precision team, we will definitely call you for future needs!

We've used Precision Garage Door several times over the years. This last week, I called them to service our door. I was pleased that they were able to come promptly -- no long wait. After they completed inspection, they indicated some of the problems I was experiencing were due to worn equipment. I elected to replace our rather old opener and all the associated hardware (springs, pulleys, etc.) They provided me the choice of new models - and I selected one that allows me to control it via app, which is super cool. They had all items needed on their truck and within a few hours had a new opener all up and running. It certainly wasn't as cheap as the guy-in-a-truck or buying something at Lowe's and hiring a handyman, but they had all the right equipment, and installed it well quite quickly. I continue to be pleased with their work and can recommend them if you need your garage door or opener repaired or replaced.

Joel of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job repairing my wooden garage door. He talked me out of replacing it and instead recommended a refurb: New rollers, springs, pulleys, cables, tuning/truing, lubrication, etc. He also gave the option of a new belt-drive motor, which I accepted. Joel left the garage door working like new, saved me a bunch of money, and we didn't have to send the old door to the landfill. Thank you Joel and Precision Garage Door!

Mario is most probably the best contractor I have worked with in California! He is exceptionally competent, diligent, and above all, honest. I was so impressed with his knowledge of his craft that I offered a tip, but Mario politely turned it down (manager, please offer him a bonus for his dedication and integrity). He came successive Mondays to install new motors for and program my garage doors. You don’t obviously wish for these things to go wrong, but with Precision and Mario, at least you know you will be getting top-notch service and first-class attention.

The tension spring at the top broke today and a short two hours later repairman SOUKIE SING arrived. Prior to arrival he called with an ETA so we were able to be ready for him. And this was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! He worked quickly and was very skilled, friendly and professional. He also pointed out the torn door seal and we had him replace that as well. Soukie Sing came out late in the evening (7 PM) to service my garage door springs ( had been improperly installed by Integrity Garage Door) and were out of balance. Garage door was not functioning correctly and the plastic gears that run the opener were grinding themselves to bits as a result. Soukie gave me a fair price estimate for replacing the springs, showed me everything he thought should be replaced and why it should be replaced and didn’t hard sell me on anything I didn’t need. Most things on a garage door I’m comfortable working on ( I work for a contractor doing home building, remodeling, used to be a bike mechanic) but the amount of stored energy in those springs scares me half to death. Soukie was polite, very communicative, professional, and the dispatch was very fast to actually pick up the phone. I’d 100% hire them again.
