I started with wanting to find out if this company could replace a broken garage window panel. Soukie explained that these older wooden garage door windows are not easily repairable. I then asked him to check my garage door overall. It’s over 22 years old & needed replacement of the springs, flange ball bearings, drums & rollers. He explained what o can reasonably expect in terms of the lifespan of my current door. We agreed on one of the suggested work orders. He was diligent and was able to complete the work on a few hours. I had another well known garage company come out last week and that was a frustrating experience. I pivoted to Precision and it was the exact opposite experience! The service representatives arrived on time, assessed the issues with excellent knowledge, and delivered great service with reasonable pricing. Garage door spring broke on an older wooden garage door with old metal wheels and hardware. Called at 830 am and service tech Phillip arrived at noon ( window was noon to 4 pm so very happy he arrived quickly). Phillip gave us serval options to fix the door ( no hard sell). Once confirmed what options to take Phillip went right to work and got everything done within 90 minutes. Very happy with service we were given

Precision Garage Doors were first class. our door stopped working (with a loud crash!) at 11.00 in the morning and their technician was onsite with us 2.00 in the afternoon. turns out our overhead spring had broken - probably over a period of time, which made me wish i had taken the option of having periodic tune-ups! the technician replaced the spring, all the rollers, lubricated it, and all-in-all tuned it up! and when he left the door opening/closing was so much smoother and quieter. their tech was great - friendly, educational, and totally clear in explaining all the repair options ... big thank you to him ...
