The tech was skilled but the just repairs without new garage costs us $5700+

I called after weeks of my garage door acting up, and after I thought watching YouTube videos could help me fix it. Wonderful woman (Christina!) took my call, got me scheduled for that same day. Caleb showed up after texting & calling me to let me know his timing. He knew his stuff, diagnosed a very old unit that needed replacement, had it done in less than an hour. He also lubricated all the joints & tightened all the brackets. It’s like when your hot water heater goes out and you just need a competent person to show up and make your life better. Thanks!

While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts. Caleb was courteous, efficient and cleaned up the job site after finishing the job. I highly recommend you try giving Precision Garage Door a call for any services that your garage door requires.

Very expensive and felt bad after looking at the invoice. I kind of felt I was cheated. The gentle man who did the work charged me 100s of dollar for an end plate bearing which is not more than $20 anywhere in the market. The work was good but I would be careful on the pricing before accepting the quote.

Our older garage door jammed up on a Saturday morning, so I jumped online and found Precision. It was simple to schedule my same day appointment. Their employee Sheridan showed up, inspected, then diagnosed several issues. I agreed to pretty much a rebuild. All rollers replaced, spring mechanism, sensors, and he also beefed up many areas that needed additional screws. I was impressed to see that Sheridan had all parts in his truck, and within a couple of hours my garage door operated like new! Highly recommended!

Paul came late Sunday to do a check on our garage door because the lift motor was struggling. Turns out the original installer (a different company) put inthe wrong springs. He fixed it all the same evening and it works great now.
