Philip arrived early on the arrival windows we were given. Quickly and professionally analyzed the problems beyond simply straightening the door so it would close. Advised us on issues we could expect with the door...later. Fixed everything quickly and professionally and in a very timely fashion. The door is like new and extremely quiet. In other words he did a fantastic job!

Sheridan showed up and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He offered me three options and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each option which was very helpful. We agreed on the best option and he started the work and was done in what I thought was very fast! He was very open to explaining what he was doing and why and went out of his way to answer my questions. Precision Door is lucky to have such a valuable employee!!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke at an inopportune time. I was able to schedule a repair with Precision the next afternoon! Michael, the service technician who was assigned to my repair, arrived at my home on time within the scheduled time block. I especially liked being notified when he was on his way, and having the ability to track his progress on my phone via a link provided by Precision. Michael was friendly, professional, and a skilled technician. He quickly inspected my garage door and offered a couple of different repair options. He did not try to hard-sell additional parts or services above what was necessary to complete the repair option I chose. He had all the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished the repair sooner than I expected. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. I’d give them 5 stars all day!

Nathaniel was right on time for the appointment. He was pleasant and began asking questions on the issues I was having. He took it from there, basically going through all aspects of my garage door opener. He explained the issues, showed me how old the pertinent parts were and wrote a quote. I agreed and he proceeded to repair my garage door. Turned out he missed a couple of bad parts which he replaced at no cost! The job was completed in less than two hours and done correctly. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Precision Garage Door. The best!

Jose and Anthony came in to my house to fix the garage door. They have answered all related questions pertinent to possible causes of the breakdown of the spring that holds the garage door. Jose also discussed the service fees and other option to make the payment affordable .. Jose and Anthony were able to complete the job in less than 40 minutes . I was able to open the garage door once again without any problem. Jose even find time to teach me how to properly maintain the garage door by applying lubricant and rust preventative spray to help the garage last longer . I am very grateful for their excellent service.

This review is for SOUKIE SING. We had issue with our garage door opener. Soukie was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explained the issue to the customer and was very kind and polite throughout the service. He helped to replace opener and the springs and verify everything functions as expected. Service was very fast to schedule and on-time. Highly recommend their service.

The selection of doors to choose from are very good and the quality of my (insulated garage door) install was handled by very experienced techs. The installers made every effort to fit the door and controller/motor precisely to the opening. The only delay was caused by a manufacture error to the cut size of the door on the initial attempted install schedule. ( My opening was not standard , as many homes have less than a 16' finished jam). Precision Garage door re-ordered the door to the proper cut size to fit my opening. This involved an extra few weeks of wait time but they completed the installation without any further complication thereafter. Thanks to everyone at Precision Door for placing a priority on getting my door hung fast, as soon as the correct door was made. Advice to anyone considering a New or Replacement Garage Door.....Measure twice, Cut once.!! and Order 2 months before you want installation. That will ensure the process goes smoothly.

Fantastic service by Paul who clearly knows the work involved. I called Precision after another company came out the day before and was incapable of finishing the job. They left my garage and yard in a mess with my car still stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. Paul had everything needed and completed the job in 2 hours, thank you.
