Mario is most probably the best contractor I have worked with in California! He is exceptionally competent, diligent, and above all, honest. I was so impressed with his knowledge of his craft that I offered a tip, but Mario politely turned it down (manager, please offer him a bonus for his dedication and integrity). He came successive Mondays to install new motors for and program my garage doors. You don’t obviously wish for these things to go wrong, but with Precision and Mario, at least you know you will be getting top-notch service and first-class attention.

The tension spring at the top broke today and a short two hours later repairman SOUKIE SING arrived. Prior to arrival he called with an ETA so we were able to be ready for him. And this was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! He worked quickly and was very skilled, friendly and professional. He also pointed out the torn door seal and we had him replace that as well. Easy peasy, took about an hour or a little less. Thank you Soukie!

Soukie Sing came out late in the evening (7 PM) to service my garage door springs ( had been improperly installed by Integrity Garage Door) and were out of balance. Garage door was not functioning correctly and the plastic gears that run the opener were grinding themselves to bits as a result. Soukie gave me a fair price estimate for replacing the springs, showed me everything he thought should be replaced and why it should be replaced and didn’t hard sell me on anything I didn’t need. Most things on a garage door I’m comfortable working on ( I work for a contractor doing home building, remodeling, used to be a bike mechanic) but the amount of stored energy in those springs scares me half to death. Soukie was polite, very communicative, professional, and the dispatch was very fast to actually pick up the phone. I’d 100% hire them again.

They replaced my failed garage door spring in very quick time (less than 45 minutes). I did notice later that the doors seemed a little unbalanced. I called them the next day. They were out within an hour or two And readjusted the spring in just a few minutes. They are perhaps a little pricey, but they’re very professional and do a quick job. I would definitely recommend them.

We had our garage door wheel pop off its track (which was installed by a different company) we reached out to Precision and it was so easy and quick to book an appointment for someone to come out and see what was wrong with it. Jesus was absolutely wonderful and took the time to make sure I knew what he planned to do and what he believed was causing the issue. Also made sure I understood the cost and was very polite. He was able to fix the issue and was on his way. Could not be happier with the start to finish process working with Precision. Paul came to fix my garage door spring and he is very knowledgeable and replaced springs, bearing, rollers. I have updated this review after finding an issue. He removed one of the Genie cable keeper (unique to wall mount opener unit) to reduce noise and said it is not needed at all. But this potentially put a time bomb to garage door because the nature of wall mount unit, which drives directly from the bar instead of door. The cable keeper tightened the cable during closing the door to help pull the door down. This is not needed for belt type of opener at all. Contact Precision Garage Door to ask Paul to return the cable keeper and sent text to him as well. No response. I am disappointed after paying $1590 and I have to buy replacement from Genie for additional $40 and the time wasted to address this issue. I also found a gap between door and frame on upper left was introduced after the repair.

Their costumers service are top notch our garage broke last night called them around 7:30pm and got the earliest appointment 8:30 the service done 9:30 ish am.
