As an installer, he should spend more time to explain more details about the functions. However, we had to ask him about some operations, safety issues and maintenance.

An all around excellent experience with a very professional company. Our technician Aaron Butcher is highly experienced and is wonderful to work with. He explained every detail about our new garage door opener and springs. He was very honest and communicated clearly with us about how to maintain our new opener and when to service the unit and garage door parts. He further was patient with us and was very clear with the options we had and the costs involved. Despite the conditions of 110 degrees in our garage he was methodical in installing our unit. Very fair pricing and new factory parts. My husband and I are very pleased with Precision and their terrific employee Aaron Butcher. Our garage door would not go all the way down and my wife called Precision (they are first on a Google search) and they came for a consultation. They put in 10 new rollers for the door at a cost of $61 for each roller (seems high) and it still did not close all the way. They said I need a new motor at a cost of $1400. I used another company that troubleshooted the problem and found that it was a wiring problem. The motor was fine. I would suggest using another company.
