My tech, Bachir, was very attentive to my garage spring which was replaced in 2023 with an inccorrect part. I will go back and see what kind of warranty that other company offered. Meanwhile, he replaced my backup battery.

You have been robbed, my son said. When I think about it, he was right. You charged me $1164. The springs cost $30 each (you probably pay less for wholesale), that $120 for 4 of them. It took you tech less than a hour to install them, that comes out to more than $1000 an hour. If that is not a ripoff I don't know what is. O sorry, somebody has to pay for the color half page ad you ran in the paper!
