The first time Precision Garage Door came to repair the seal on my garage door, I was not happy with the work. Within the next business day, their Manager called me and offer to redo the work. He sent a different technician out to fix the problem. The new technician was patience, thorough, and took his time to do the work correctly. It was day and night compared to the first call. I really appreciated that Precision Garage Door really stood behind their business. I experienced first hand how they went out of their way to keep the customer happy. Definitely would not hesitate to call them again if I needed any additional work done!

Very impressed with the response, had a tech onsite within an hour. The issue was diagnosed and quoted which I approved. Overall quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately the tech spilt a can of paint and did not inform me until I found the evidence a few days later. Understand it was a mistake, however let me know so I can clear it up. Now I have dried white paint all over my garage floor and tools. Follow up. I received calls and emails from Precision Garage Door. They were very apologetic about my negative experience. They offered an equitable solution which I agreed to. Nice to have a company acknowledge mistakes, take responsibility and work up a resolution. Shows they care and hold themselves accountable. Very impressive.

This company was reccommended to me by a good friend who had previously used their services for a garage door repair and was happy with the results they provided. I also was happy with their garage door services . From my initial inquiry phone call to the completed project they were very helpful. I was able to have them come out to look at my garage door the day of my call. When I called them at 2:30 they were able to provide ne with me a window of time for their arrival: between 4 and 8 . When I asked the receptionist if they could determine if the repair person would come closer to 4:00 or 8:00 she said that person would call me about 1/2 hour in advance of their arrival. I received a call from Paul, the technician. He came exactly at 4 as he had said. I He was clear about his procedures and explained how he would evaluate the problem. He determined a quote. He stated that I have a very sturdy 24 year old garage door . He said that he felt though, that this garage door was designed more for a commercial residence than a residential one. He listened to what I mentioned had been problematic with the garage door.. it would only open 1/4 of the way and was jerky and loud upon opening I had to lift the door by hand the rest of the way and help push it up in order to get it to open fully. Paul was able to break down options of what could be comproble solutions to the problem . He showed me the breakdown on his iPad of his quotes and explained the four options.. He was willing to talk by phone to my friend who had used this company to go over the information he had shared with me as I wanted to get another opinion . Paul provided 4 options explaining what would be the warranty or not for each option. He gave me his opinion about how much he thought I should replace where I would most likely be happy with the end result. He was able to give comparisons in a manner I could relate to using examples . He was able to complete the work that day. He had a variety of parts in his truck.His invoice was very detailed about the completed work. He determined the work could be finshed by 7:00 and it was . He said that after fixing sone of the basics I could still add or change to options he had provided along the way as he worked. I am so happy to have a garage door that works properly again. Paul was very knowledgeable and efficient . I highly recommend requesting that Paul could be your technician for your garage door repair needs .

They are overpriced and seems to charge a lot more. Another issue, I found there time window to arrive and message when they actually arrive is way off. I received message that technician is on it way at 1:30 pm but actual time when he arrived was 4:00 pm. Also I had to call there office to follow up multiple times to check the eta. The technician was good and did basic check and replace springs but they charged me way more than other competitors.

The whole end-to-end experience with Precision was great, from booking a same day appointment online, to the finished job. RODNEY is FANTASTIC! I contacted Precision about my old garage door and they sent out Soukie Sing fix it. He arrived in the time frame allotted and was quick and thorough. He determined the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Since the garage door opener was almost 40 years old, we talked about options for replacing it and it gave me some good suggestions.
