Our garage door wasn’t opening and closing right, so we contacted Precision. They came out the next day and replaced the springs and bearings. For some reason, that caused another problem. And, after they left, the garage door just kept opening and closing on its own, over and over. We finally got it to close and called Precision again. Rodney came back over later that evening and did some more work on it, and fixed the issue. Rodney is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him, and he was very thorough and patient, even after a very long day. I would definitely use them again. Thanks, Rodney!

The technician who came to my house was Paul Brinkman. He was very courteous and informative. He explained in detail about all the hardware and moving parts of the garage door setup. I had no idea how involved an automatic garage door assembly was. When he was through with his explanation of the system, he gave the options and choices for how much of the system that I would like to improve. Well my garage door system was pretty old and worn out so I opted for replacing all the hardware and motor. I figured do it right and comprehensively the first time and I would not have to deal with issues again for a long time. So I replaced everything except the garage door itself since that was still in pretty good shape. It was expensive I think, but I won’t have to deal with this repair again for a long time. My spring broke, they had appointments available within 2 hours. I think they said they were open til 11pm, and there was no after hours or weekend charge. My tech, Patrick, called 30 minutes out and arrived 12 minutes into the 4 hour time frame. He inspected it, made some recommendations, and got everything done in about an hour. New spring, bearings and spindle, $870. I was very happy with the outcome.

Precision came to my home the same day I called. He arrived promptly at the time I was given. He looked at my garage door and the Liftmaster unit. He pointed out potential issues, which I chose not to address that day. However, everything I requested was done: all other signals removed and a new signal used. I purchased a new remote & keypad. The code for the keypad was changed and he had me test everything. They were prompt, thorough and courteous.

Could not get garage door open, neither automatic nor manual. Called my usual company, no one answered. Called Precision and Caleb Winchester was here within one hour! Broken spring replaced within an hour. Great service, great guy! But, almost $1000! Probably the same with any company but price was shocking! Needed a broken door spring replaced. Fortunately 2 were available in the truck. The job tool about 40 minutes and included lubricating all joints and the screw drive on both doors. Well done. Labor price was fair but the springs were a bit over priced.
