My experience was positive in every way. Quick response from a human dispatcher when I called. A technician was dispatched within a couple of hours. I was notified when he would arrive and he—Caleb—called to let me know when he was close. He quickly and reasonably diagnosed the problems and presented me several options to address them. We had Rodney F. come out and help us get into our garage after the spring failed in a spectacular fashion yesterday morning. He was WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good things about Rodney. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! We called Precision Monday evening around 8pm and Rodney came to help us out by 9pm Tuesday night. Super fast turnaround. We are thrilled with the repair and I definitely know who to call if we need assistance in the future.

Precision Doors was amazing. They contacted me within 30 minutes of sending them a request for an appointment. It was set for the next day. Patrick arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. The backup battery on my opener needed replacing and I was having a hard time trying to do it myself. He didn’t make me feel bad for not being able to fix it.
