I had a new garage door installed. The installer left without realizing he broke one side of the sensor lights. I called the office and asked for him to come back and fix it. He never came. I called a second time and the person on the phone told me to just go buy a sensor myself on Amazon. The garage door is nice. But the customer service is greatly lacking.

My garage door was not opening, but instead made a struggling sound and to no avail. Jerry from your company came out the same day and immediately recognized that it was a sensor alignment problem that he fixed within a few moments of time, while also showing me how to make the simple adjustment myself if it were to happen again. As he was already here, he showed me other possibilities of making the door run safer and smoother, revealing the cost of those items, but with no pressure for me to make those changes. He was attentive to detail and adjusted a few other places needing tweaking or attention, while explaining the purpose to me of the areas he gave his attention to. It was a pleasure meeting him. I wish I had done my homework before purchasing my garage door opener 7 years ago, and gone with your company who I had never called, as I was working them and didn't find the time. 5 stars for your company and 5 stars for your employee, Jerry!

Hi: I wrote a review on Yelp, because I couldn't figure out the URL for google. All is can say is, your service rep, Jerry made my day. I was so impressed with his expertise and it certainly amazed me. He, Jerry is a wizard. I lived for a month not able to get into my garage without first going into the house and opening the garage door from inside the garage. When it rained I got soaked. You guys are on my number 1 list for all and everything related to a garage door, programming remotes, etc. Please rate my hero Jerry 5 stars. He is amazing. I am so glad he took care of all my cars and remotes. Hang on to this man. I left a review on Yelp last night with kudos for Jerry and your business.

Jerry arrived 10 minutes early. He lubricated and adjusted my garage door in about 1/2 hour. Did a great job. Door slides quietly up and down. Besides that -he is funny! I recommend Precision Door and Jerry.

Pat called and asked specifically what the problem was. After I explained there was a clicking noise and the door wouldn’t go up or down he said “sounds like a sensor issue” and asked that I check to make sure they were clear. I found a Tarp had fallen and was blocking one of the sensors. Moved the Tarp and it worked. I Highly Recommend Precision, Especially Pat.

The technician was on time and very courteous. The costs seem very excessive and why did I have to pay a service charge? I agreed for him to perform the work, he did give me a senior discount and a 50% discount on the service charge but why am I having to pay a service charge when I have agreed to a very expensive repair. Good work but way too expensive.

Joshua was very professional and efficient. He showed up promptly to fix the broken torsion spring at the garage door. Also we got the new drums and cables. He spent time to ensure the whole system was functioning well before he left. It was a pleasant experience to work with Joshua.

Perfect service from phone call to resolution. They were able to get me in within a couple hours and technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Left me with good instructions. Quick service - I called in at 1pm and got an appointment for 3-7pm. James and Daniel were there shortly after 3pm. They were thorough and courteous. Since my door was over 20 years old, in addition to replacing the springs they replaced the cables and added a stiffener to the top panel.

Mike came out gave us a quote was a great guy and very professional he advised of a time frame and door was ready about two weeks sooner and Sara from the office called to set up the install time the crew showed up very professional and they worked fast cleaned up did a fantastic job.
