Last night we had a spring break on our garage door and I couldn't open the door safely. I called our normal garage door guy and he said it would be a week before he could get to us. On a referral from a colleague I called Precision. From the first call I was impressed by the thoroughness and professional way my call was handled. She took down all my contact information and repeated it back to me so there was no mistake. She gave me a four hour window when our technician would be there and then I received an email confirming everything. Jim called about 40 minutes before he showed up. Right in the middle of the window and was there when he said he was going to arrive. Jim had an apprentice with him, Don was his name as I recall, and Don did the quote under the guidance of Jim and they both worked together to do the repair. The door now works perfectly and we are happy and satisfied at the way it was all handled. All the while they were working Jim and I talked about several topics he was able to do this while doing his half of the repair and QA'd his apprentice. Very professional. Definitely a 5 star rating, maybe even 6 stars if it was possible.

The technician contacted me when he was closed to my home for the service, he was very professional and did his job in a short time, we are very pleased on how he addressed the issue and the suggestions on what we can do in order to maintain the motor running since the motor of the garage door is a bit old. I contacted Precision yesterday with an automatic door that didn't work. 12 hours later I have an almost 50 year old garage door that operates more quietly and smoothly than it did when I bought the house a decade and a half ago. The technician, who arrived early this morning, was very professional and gave me three choices for repairs. His professional manner made me decide on the most involved reconditioning. This is not to say that we waltzed down the yellow brick road. There was a mix up with my payment. To me this was where the company really shined. They called me and promptly cleared up the situation. In my dealings with home repairs I have never had such a seamless interaction. FIVE STARS!!

Seems to work well! Sadly the tech left the old sensors in place instead of replacing them with the new ones! I'm so tired of having to watch people in the trades and their dishonesty!!! Charged full price but got less than full service!!!

This business is run the way a business should be. Easy to schedule, had to reschedule - no problem - the technician called when he was on his way, was there on time, did the repair quickly and at a very reasonable price. We have rentals and from time to time we do have garage door issues - we will be calling Precision again when needed. And will be recommending them. This experience could not have been better. Exceeded expectations.

Mario was the technician that came out, He was punctual arriving wearing a mask and at the time he stated in he pre appointment phone call 30 mins prior. First, I was assigned to the technician James. I was told he would be to my residence between 4 pm to 6 pm. However, he would call 20 to 30 minutes before to announce his arrival. At 10 minutes to 6 I had not heard from James. I called the office and they called and texted James for location and ETA. I was told I should hear from him soon. Another hour passed so I called the office again. Once again I informed the staff NO contact from James. They again reached out to James who allegedly texted back stating he would arrive in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later I get a call from Alex, another technician stating he would be here within 25 minutes. He tried to diagnose the problem over the phone but wasn't able. Upon his arrival, Alex was able to determine the cause and correct the problem. Whether the sensors wore out or damaged from a power surge, our power was out for about 2 hours, is suspect. Regardless, Alex was professional and knowledgeable. He actually saved the company from a less than favorable review which I was prepared to write. The company needs to have the call center be upfront and not tell clients they spoke to the tech., when in fact is was more likely they were making other arrangements. I could accept that rather than be told they communicated with James and I subsequently receive a call from Alex. Let Alex know his service saved the company from receiving a less than favorable rating. It went from what I was prepared to give, a two, to a four. I could not give a 5 due to the earlier problem with James.
