Your service man Jonathan Castro had done a nice job in replacing the defective part then reset the Garage openner function. We are pleased to see the garage door works again. Please provide your guarentees on the replaced part.

The repairs to the garage door/Liftmaster were done by Phillip, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The initial problem, broken spring, was fixed along with replacement of worn parts (rollers and end bearing plates). He gave us instructions for remote controls and regarding the loss of power and manual feature, which I tried and was pleased to know I will be able to do this. We had to wait till the evening for the service appointment, but it was worth it not to have to worry and I can get my car out of the garage now, Thank you and Phillip too.

My garage door was not working and so I called Precision. Jerry, technician, assigned for my work was out on a job and gave me time he would be coming. He called beforehand and arrived on time. Jerry is a great technician with tons of knowledge. He explained each and every part of the system as he was checking it and let me know the pros and cons of the different type of parts. He completed inspection and gave me 3 options to choose from to get the work done. No sales pressure! I selected the option and he got the job done in a very short time. He is a great professional and expert in his work. I highly recommend Jerry & his company to anyone who needs to get his garage door related problem fixed. Very good service. Thanks you! Rajiv

Very impressed with Precision as I called on a Saturday around 3:30 p.m. and they schedule an appointment between 10-2 on Sunday. At 9:45 a.m. I received a phone call from the technician, Jonathan, letting me know he was en route and would be at my house around 10:15 a.m. At 10:15 a.m. he knocked on my door, within 2 minutes of him walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. My garage door was working again by 10:45 a.m. He was very professional, explained things, and went over and beyond by lubricating all parts. My garage door is so quiet, you cannot hear it open anymore as you could before. The repairs came with a three-year warranty. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Jonathan.

This company ripped me off by replacing a garage door vault lock which took him five minutes to do and then charged me over 343 dollars. The very same part at Home Depot is 12 bucks. Then he tried to sell me things I didn’t need like a complete new opener and door springs. I will never use this company again

My daughter recommended you when my garage fell the day we were leaving. When we returned I called and you were able to make the appointment for the next day. I was expecting to be purchasing a new door but James was convinced he could fix it like new. He replaced the rollers , spring, cables and while there a new Lift Master opener.
