Mario was wonderful! He came out on Mother's Day, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate of the cost for a few different options and did a GREAT job. I am so appreciative of his efforts. It isn't comfortable to be trapped inside because the garage door couldn't be safely opened. Great service once again. Technician came out the next day and explained the problem and the solution. What an outstanding job Paul Brickman did with our 37-year-old failing garage door and intermittent opener/mechanism! The original opener was installed when we built our home, with minimum to no maintenance done thereafter. I'm so pleased that I found “Precision Garage Door Co. in our Santa Clara “Diamond Certified Directory” They set up an appointment for the very next day. Paul, our technician, arrived at our home on time and explained what needed to be done either for a temporary fix or to replace the mechanism completely with all the new parts needed. Paul took the time to show me the worn-out parts, explain why they should be replaced and to answer all the technical questions I had. My wife and I agreed to do the project the “RIGHT WAY” and Paul got started. He had all the necessary parts on his truck without going back to the warehouse. When he had finished the installation, Paul took the time to explain to my wife and me the operation and safety features of the newly installed opener. I’m sure our repair took longer than he expected as he left around 11:15 PM. I would unquestionably recommend “Precision Garage Door Co” to anyone needing garage door repairs. Service was excellent! Jose Brizuela was very professional. He showed up on time, assessed the issues with my door, and explained the steps for the repair. He provided a couple of quotes for different levels of repair, and completed the job on time. He also left the space clean. Jose replaced the door rollers, cables, cable wheels and bearings, lubricated and adjusted everything. I'm very happy with the service. The only reason I did not give five stars, is because of the price. I believe the cost was a bit expensive, but I guess everything these days is very costly.
