When I discovered a broken spring on my garage door I call the company I last used for repairs. They couldn’t come for four days! I hung up and called Precision. It's been a very long time since I witnessed an employee enjoying his job as much as Joel. For 3 hrs he worked away whistling all the while. Very refreshing to say the least. Joel was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the endevor and explained everything explictly. Your drop down option did not let me select more than one option. But the equiptment also included new springs, new rollers, remotes/keypad and cables.

For about 2weeks now, the garage opener start having a loud clicking noise when it goes up. Thank you Paul Brinkman. Came out on Labor day, spotted the problem right away and replaced the center bearing plate right away. 2weeks of worrying gone in a blink of an eye.

One of the springs on our roll up door became broken. Called Precision from seeing their commercials on tv. Paul B showed up on time the next morning. Reviewed the broken springs and recommended replacing the bearings and rollers. Granted the door was over 20 years old and I knew, it needed some attention. Paul was courteous and honest and completed the work within the 2 hour time frame that he said. The door works like new again. I advise Paul B that I would use Precision again, when another problem comes up. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. Bill D.

Garage Door Switch stopped working. Lorenzo came out the same day I called, installed a new switch and wires. It works great now. Lorenzo called 1/2 hour ahead to let me know he was coming. When he arrived, he was quite friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

Had the same guy for 3 appointments. His knowledge was average. His attitude was dismissive and condescending. He had no idea how to work MyQ which is a selling point to the garage motor I bought. He literally said "you're on your own" and wouldn't answer a single question. Next time I will go with a different company.

We needed a repair on our very old garage door system. I called Precision and they sent someone out that very same day to inspect, quote and repair. That someone was Paul. Paul was very friendly and professional. He gave me all my options and what they all entailed. He completed the job in the time frame that he quoted. When finished, he explained and demonstrated all functions of my new system. I would highly recommend Precision and Paul as the technician.
