Absolutely amazing customer service. I was fully prepared to wait weeks for what I wanted. Precision Door Service provided same day service, super friendly staff, more than fair pricing and they cleaned up and left the job site better than when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a door, motor, maintenance or whatever your garage door needs are. Joel the installer was fantastic!

Philip the technician did a great job programming my multiple remote garage door openers and doing routine maintenance with the garage door itself, which has always operated well since Precision stalled it six years ago. My less than 5 star review relates to the very excessive charge to replace 12 green rollers, which I am not even sure was actually needed. The invoice said that the 12 four inch rollers cost $374.16 ($37.41 each) plus tax. When I looked up the actual cost of them at Amazon, the prices quoted were less than $25 ($2.59 each) for ten nylon rollers, or less than $41 ($4 each). The ones at Home Depot were similarly priced at about $2 to $4 each. Precision seems to be charging about ten times what these rollers cost elsewhere My advice would be to get the excellent techs from Precision to do the installation, but to first order the exact same materials needed from other places, for them to use.

I needed a replacement backup battery for my Liftmaster garage door opener. An appointment was available the next day, within a 4-hour window. I was told the technician would call about 15 minutes before his arrival. I didn't get a call, and just happened to look out my front window - the truck was parked in my neighbor's driveway across the street! I walked over and said um... I think you're at the wrong house. :-) Happy that he showed up in the early part of that 4-hour window, and the job was finished quickly. I expected to pay more for the part than if I ordered it myself, but it was 4 times the cost of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Amazon. That seems a bit extreme, but happy to get it fixed.

Terrible experience! Stay away from Paulino M and this company. I could barely understand what he was talking about. He made a poor problem diagnosis and suggested replacing the springs, rollers, pulleys, and wires to fix my garage door problem. After I paid him $1700, the door could not close. He told me then that I need to replace the opener and left me with the problems that he did not diagnose at the beginning. So I paid for the things that were totally unnecessary. He is using his hammer loosely, hit the door trim twice unnecessarily and broke it. Terrible. Terrible!. How these people qualify to work? Stay away from this place, don't take their quote and diagnosis. Totally unqualified! Zero stars.

This company is amazing. Once discovering our broken malfunctioning garage door, we called Precision based on other reviews and they were right on. They understood the problem and were there to repair it on a Sunday no less. Mario, our service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and understood the issue. He offered us various choices of repair and once we selected what we thought was best, he was on it!!! He repaired it perfectly and it works better and quieter than the original door. We're thrilled with the repair and this company and Mario. Don't hesitate to call them. I feel so blessed I found a reputable, honest and trustworthy company . The Best!!!

Joel was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the endevor and explained everything explictly. Your drop down option did not let me select more than one option. But the equiptment also included new springs, new rollers, remotes/keypad and cables.
