Paul’s work was outstanding—swift and meticulous. I truly value and appreciate the quality he delivered. However, I have concerns regarding the billing. While I believe Paul’s expertise warrants the cost, the breakdown suggesting a significant portion went to materials feels off. I’ve seen similar components on Home Depot and Amazon for half the price. I’m more than willing to pay for Paul’s professionalism, but I’d prefer not to feel overcharged for materials.

I had a spring and cable issue. The garage door tracks were bowed from the weight of the half collapsed door. Paul gave me a list of options that would do the repair. The work was performed after a few hours. He had all the parts on hand. He was professional and courteous. Glad I called Precision.

I had called Precision because my garage door had issues closing and would get stuck. Joel called before arriving, did a thorough inspection and safety assessment, and made various recommendations. He was earnest, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions, educated me on how to maintain my new equipment and was clear and professional in his communication. Customer service was polite and quickly set up my appointment using the information I gave her. The technician and his assistant called to give me their arrival time. They quickly analyzed the problem and corrected the sensor and did a quick lubrication. Th technician also took the time to leave detailed information on how to follow up. I am extremely happy dealing with Precision for their services and would refer them to anyone needing garage door purchases or repairs.

Be prepared to pay at least $1,700 for repair (my garage door had a broken spring). The repairman did a efficient job of repairing my garage door. He did something to let me raise the door in case of a power failure, but he didn't tell me what it was, and now I am unable to raise the door by myself. I assume he did this to require me to call for repair in case of a power failure. Not cool!

We needed a door and motor replacement. As advertised your staff was awesome and efficient. Our installer, Moises, did an fantastic job. He called ahead, arrived before the scheduled time and reviewed the system with us including all the options for use 4th our phones. He swept up all the debris, ours and his and took it with him. We have only had it for two days but it is so silent and works perfectly. Your Company is everything it advertises it is! We have worked with many companies on a variety of repairs, alterations and additions. You deserve a 6 star review!

Our technician was Phillip Nguyen and he was absolutely outstanding. He installed 2 garage door openers (for large and small doors, as well as the remote controls and the "My Q" app on our iPhones). He performed the service on March 15, 2023 and we apologize for the delay in providing this rating due to our traveling. But, we could not let his customer-focused attitude go without notice. He was meticulous and took extra care to ensure that we understood how to operate the doors and the app. We selected him, because of the narrative he provided on your website and customer ratings. Very very expensive and up sell by the company. I had my torsion spring to be replaced and they suggested adding a few more things such as cable, drums, rollers, center plate etc. I agreed since I thought it was good to have it anyway. The quote came out at 1600+.! It was pretty high I thought but didn't do a check to see what it costs since I thought the company was honest based on the 5 star reviews in Google. But soon after the work started, I did a quick online search for the part cost and also read many Yelp reviews and was shocked to see how much these people over charge customers. Overall parts cost for fairly higher end parts comes out a little under 300 dollars. Adding an hour of labor, it should have been in the ball park of 500 dollars. Whereas the company charged 3x. A total rip-off and I greatly repent my decision of going ahead without doing a bit of diligence . Suggest others to be aware of what you get into with this company.
