For about 2weeks now, the garage opener start having a loud clicking noise when it goes up. Thank you Paul Brinkman. Came out on Labor day, spotted the problem right away and replaced the center bearing plate right away. 2weeks of worrying gone in a blink of an eye.

One of the springs on our roll up door became broken. Called Precision from seeing their commercials on tv. Paul B showed up on time the next morning. Reviewed the broken springs and recommended replacing the bearings and rollers. Granted the door was over 20 years old and I knew, it needed some attention. Paul was courteous and honest and completed the work within the 2 hour time frame that he said. The door works like new again. Had the same guy for 3 appointments. His knowledge was average. His attitude was dismissive and condescending. He had no idea how to work MyQ which is a selling point to the garage motor I bought. He literally said "you're on your own" and wouldn't answer a single question. Next time I will go with a different company.

Be aware of their service charge. They said $35 beforehand, but it's actually $69.95. My door is too old to install an opener, and they charged me $69.95 after a few minutes of inspection.

One star--called ahead and arrived within time framework Garage door was opening and closing without any problem. I intended to purchase a new Lift Master, as the one I have cannot read new technology allowing me to program it for my new Lexus. I called and was expecting to pay $614 plus tax and labor to install. The worker would not install the Lift Master without new springs and bearings---cost $1,576.77.

Mario called about 30 minutes of arrival. He checked over my problem and said a bracket was bent and broken and that 10 rollers were not doing their job. He replaced all 10 of them and the bracket and greased up the screw drive and hinges. He was neat, polite, and informed me exactly what the problem was. Called for an appointment on Monday, and Joel Flores was here Tuesday morning. He replaced the Auto-lock which was under warranty, so only labor and service charges. He explained everything, replaced the lock, lubed everything, and was in and out in a nice short time frame. He was great, and now the lock is working again, couldn't be happier.
