When I called about my emergency, Molly answered with courtesy and understanding. She assured me someone would be in contact with me today. Nathaniel called about 30 minutes before arrival. Nathaniel was kind, professional, efficient , and honest with my garage door issue. He had the time and tools to repair the garage door today. Our spring broke late Friday night and we thought we wouldn't find anyone so last minute who would be able to come in and get this fixed over the weekend. David remembered the commercials and said lets give them a try. We called Saturday morning and Alexis got us an appointment for that afternoon. Raul arrived early and was soooo very helpful and friendly He reviewed the damage gave us options and once we chose our repair, had it fixed within hours. There was no pressure for an up sale and he was very clear on what was needed moving forward and thorough in his work. The technician, Nathaniel, called as promised to advise he was 20 minutes away. This is nice to allow me, the customer, the be ready when he arrives. He was friendly and understood the situation. He listened to my concerns and took ownership of the situation. After a few minutes I was presented with two options for repair. I made my decision and he promptly started the repairs. Within 60-90 minutes, he was done. We tested the doors functionality. He showed me what he did and reiterated the warranty on the work and parts. Nathaniel Was a pleasure to work with and for any future projects, I’d like him as my service technician.
